Complete Lack of Responsibility and Support Google shows a complete lack of responsibility and respect towards users seeking help to remove privacy-violating and harmful content from their platform. Despite clear evidence and a well-founded request, they choose not to act and instead shift the entire responsibility onto the user. Their threat to ignore future requests of the same nature also demonstrates an arrogant and unsympathetic attitude toward users' needs and rights. For a platform of this size and influence, this is utterly unacceptable. If Google wants to maintain users' trust, they need to start taking responsibility and acting in situations like this instead of avoiding their obligations. Very disappointed!

BS google fiber. I thought going from Xfinity to Google fiber would be awesome. 100 times the speed, but had to go back because Google fiber stinks. Most streaming apps that are supposed to be 4k are at best 720, even after resetting, checking network etc..., all the things. Buffering every 20 seconds like baud rates in the 1990s. DO NOT BUY GOOGLE FIBER, They are no good. I had Xfinity before with a tenth the speed, I figured this would be better. Don't fall for it.

Google does not protect us against hacking! My account was hacked and a phone number I never had was added. I was unable to remove that number myself. It took two days to find a customer service number to call. The rep was rude but did connect me to a technician who removed the number and then removed 21 hacks, at $5 per hack. Greedy Google permits hacking, their so-called "security" is useless, and then charges to remove hacks. You can purchase their protection for $90/year! If you don't want to pay to remove the hacks when the technician is done, they will close your account!

Git cards can't use Redeemed cards that won't work. Have a virtual Mastercard that will not load to ANYTHING. Though 10$ value. I can not use at play store or inside any apps

Someone posted using my info and my business card phone # to blackmail, and services I don't do! Whoever is using my business card logo, name, phone number etc is blackmailing me saying that I do erotic massage and do happy endings but I DON'T! Let me be very clear about that! Customer Google can not even contact you as a customer to help you out. Google also wants money to help their customers out with support. They also can't even respond in a timely manner. I have all emails and pic. That I took. I'm going to go see my advisor on this matter. Also you can't even get a representative, Also, none of their phone numbers work to contact you through a representative. Thanks customer.

Liars and despicable acts I got logged out of my phone and I wasn't signed a new Google. I put in the password and it tells me that the password is wrong. I lost 15 years of pictures messages andata because they lie straight lie something should be done I don't know how companies like this get away with things like this. What's wrong and completely? Not their judgment, to just decide 1 day that I can't have. My pictures or my messages or anything that I've saved something should be done I ordered 2 palettes of stuff, random stuff and I never even got him and then tell me they've been delivered. That's on god.That's not my word.Why aren't these people getting away with these things

GOOGLE, you have an obligation to protect all companies who are part of the GOOGLE network and are subject to being reviewed by public forum. I represent a small business/Clinic and our company has been subjected to SPAM negative reviews by non patients, leaving the review readers to potentially do business elsewhere. GOOGLE holds the power to remove the SPAM but is not removing SPAM in an adequate amount of time. PLEASE DO BETTER! Thank you!

Refund me I have written really bad review to them, So now i will give them a good one, Something happened to the machine maybe overbearing the machine, But i needed 2 month before they refund me. Do be fooled by this corporation it's out to listen watch record and tell all you do along with others corporate companies there jobs to get the information for the governments to use for their own reasons which you may never know, if you do find out why you would not be using their services. It's great to be able to use technology to improve life but it's also helping to control life. When you depend on it for all you do it's not going to be life without it. Addiction comes with anything one can get so consumed in what it's doing for ones self they have nothing without it. Search is pretty good most of the time Most of the time I can find what I want to find easily on google, but then when it does not work it is really bad. Sometimes all I get is some weird spam and even sites that look like they might have malware. It did not use to be like this. Something has changed. I wilsh google was the way it way 5 years ago honestly.

It's no surprise they dominate search In comparison to bing, I always get my answers quickly using google. They seamlessly work with my android phone and I love that I can pick up my browser tab on my phone after using my laptop. Have bought several apps through the google app store.
