Great time!!!!!!

Was so much fun! We didn't manage to solve the room in time, but got real close. All the same I'm glad we went.

102 has multiple rooms to choose from, is very clean, has very nice staff, and offers complimentary lockers, but that is where the good things stop. My wife and I have done two rooms now (the heist of the moon diamond and boom), but we will not be returning. We encountered poorly working equipment (the Morse code machine!!) (the briefcase!!) in both rooms. Additionally, we noticed several problems with very easy fixes (back light marker faded on multiple clues). Before the moon diamond room, we were given an excessive warning about being careful with their stuff despite that the room is filled with glass items that weren’t even clues. Perhaps don’t include the props or create a waiver ? After the excessive warning, we were so worried about breaking something we couldn’t even have a good time. My favorite inconvenience was in the boom room. The final briefcase has 2 3 digit locks. After we spent five minutes inputting the correct codes again and again, our game master let us know the case was not set properly. She was very nice, but this is such an easy fix we were completely taken aback. As 2 escape room addicts, we were very disappointed with the experience. These rooms intentionally confuse you rather than challenge you to use critical thinking skills to solve puzzles. Escape rooms are supposed to be a fun challenge, and this was just frustrating.

Very creative very hard was super fun friendly and def worth the price of admission $25 keep up the great work!

Super fun! The clues given throughout were helpful and staff was nice. We will be back.

The first guy that helped us get to our room was nice and very friendly, but later he informed us that the manager was coming in and we had no issue with that but when we asked for hints she was very rude. Once we finished the room she was also rude when I was handing back the walkie talkie. The rooms were nice and organized but she was rude that it ruined our experience. Never will go again.

Love this place 🥰 we have now completed 2 rooms at this location. I am proudly a graduate of Pigworts school of wizardry (Hogwarts sister Academy).<------lol hahaha 🤣🤣☠️I'm dead.

Amazing staff challenging room

Concept was fun, but no camera so irrelevant clues and missing key in one of the boxes. Plus, was criticized for moving the cabinets around. Felt rushed after the fact knowing that they had another appointment 5 minutes after we finished.

It was a great experience. Teamworking was the bes. We did it with the grandkids and had a wonderful time.

Place was awsome

I had soooo much fun.. I will definitely be returning.. I bought a (sweater 35$) and shirts cost $25 . Leave it to me to pick the hardest room..(wizardry) with that being said.. I have wanted to experience an escape room 4eva. Staff was polite . Respectful. They are still following Covid-19 rules and regulations. So mask are required to enter the location.. you get to take picture/s after which I think is an awesome memory.. keepsake thingy.. if your not scared check it out.. and if you are conquer your fears and try it out!! LOCATION IS IN THE BACK LIKE OF THE PLAZA.. I HOPE THAT HELPS THE RIGHT SIDE.. ENJOY .. STAY SAFE

Super fun, 1 hour long escape rooms. They have 3 themes as of this writing, but are currently building a 4th one. They are best suited for groups of 3-5, but I bet that 2 expert escape(room) artists could tackle a room together if they work quick enough. The staff is friendly and helpful, and can be coaxed to give you more hints during the round by entertaining them. Like, sing a song or dance. There are free-to-use lockers in the facility for customers.
