I visited this location twice and was highly disappointed. I brought my insoles in for warranty and was told mine weren't under warranty and I'd have to repurchase them. This didn't seem right to me so I went back to the Appleton location where they replaced my entire set for the correct size and took care of everything. I'd avoid this location and take the drive to Appleton anyday!!!!!
