Jody took all Ilhe time to explain the Good Feet store and the insoles and how they are used! She tried the Brooks shoes and insoles, etc.
That made all the difference and I purchased them and wearing them! I bought the shoes and the insoles. etc. Highly recommend the Good Feet Store!!

Eric B was very informative and straight to the point. He didn't try to over sell anything and nothing about the experience was disingenuous. I felt like he was just giving me facts and information about the products and it was up to myself to decide whether I was interested or not. He also had a very calm comforting demeanor that I appreciated. I would ask to make an appointment with him if you want a comfortable experience.

I had a very nice experience with Garrett in the Corpus Christi store. He explained fully about the arch supports and the 3 step system. I’m so eager to start my journey and hopefully get relief from my plantar fasciitis soon.

The staff was great he ask all kinds of questions he was very informative and it seemed like every question he ask I was like yes" that's me " and that's what I'm feeling that's what prompted me to make the purchase that same day right before closing he even stayed a bit late for us.
