Employees were very helpful and solved my squeaky shoes in seconds because of the inserts rubbing. This was a very annoying problem and since I live approximately 1 1/2 hrs to the nearest store very inconvenient. Employees should be trained to tell customers about this potential problem when purchasing and possibly listen as the customer walks around the store for squeaking. If the squeak exists, I feel the first pair of Support Sleeves should be free. People are spending hundreds of dollars and charging for a design flaw fix makes it seem like you are a greedy corp

Patient and informative, answered all questions I had about the different outcomes of using their system for foot health.
