I saw commercials for the Good Feet Store on television. I have had food discomfort recently after working out and, since I was in the neighborhood I decided to check out the store. When I walked in, Michelle waited on me right away. She was very pleasant and attentive to me. Michelle addressed my foot pain issues and shared how the Good Feet Store could help me. I tried out their shoe inserts and she thoroughly explained the different insert types and how and when they should be used. I am very pleased with the personalized service I received at the Good Feet Store, and the lifetime guarantee of their products. Michelle made sure I understood the process of wearing the differing inserts and the process of aclimating my feet to the inserts. Time will tell how the product improves my foot pain, but I left encouraged that there will be improvement of my condition.

This is a review of the Robinson TWP store.. Jeff was very sociable and thorough explaining the process.. It's a little to early to rate the product but I will proceed as instructed... Fingers crossed...

We were in Robinson today and Jeff was absolutely wonderful! My father law has many health conditions and Jeff was compassionate, knowledgeable and super patient and kind with my father in law. They truly provide a wonderful experience at The Good Feet Store.

Eric, the manager of the Cranberry store phoned me after my first post. He explained in detail my receipt. I indeed did receive my socks for free, but they have to show an amount on the receipt...my package is the basic package with complimentary socks. He also offered to comp the shoes, but I already ordered them from Amazon. Eric has no control of pricing. I would have given 5 stars, but I think the salesman, who was very knowledgeable and nice, could have explained the receipt and their pricing a bit more thoroughly. Would I go back now that Eric called? Yes!
