Ana was fantastic, start to finish! Made an otherwise mundane acquisition actually fun. Plus there’s the fact that the system is amazing. Seriously from almost the first step, I knew I was in the right place. Won’t cure everyone but it is ver much exploring to see if it may be for you.

Had an amazing experience with Chris! Very attentive and very aware of my specific needs with my neuropathy. He took great care of handling my feet which are in constant pain and was very gentle with me which I appreciated very much.

This review is being left on behalf of my fiance, Jeff. Ana was fantastic, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to educate an old farmer stuck in his ways. Jeff suffers from back pain, neuropathy, and arthritis. Ana fitted Jeff with arch supports and had him walk around the store. You could see result almost immediately. He was walking more upright and not limping. He tried the foot massager in the store and felt it made his feet feel better but elected not to purchase it. He went back the next day to purchase the foot massager. Thanks, Ana, for taking care of Jeff after 2 days he is feeling so much better and less pain.

visited - 6/21/24. First- Hard to get into: you have to enter at Walker Road - Norland intersection Light between Dentist and Bank, if not you waste 10+ Minutes trying to turn around. Once in, I was greeted by Annette. If I had about 1.5 hrs, I could have taken better advantage of her knowledge. As I didn't, the Education I received in the hour was: Logical, In depth and NOT a HARD SELL. I've had bad legs since birth, having worn leg braces my 1st 18 months, Prescription Shoes, and experiencing many sprained ankles, strained ACL, torn meniscus etc. I could make sense of and validate what Annette was telling / showing me. I appreciate the time and through education. When I tested the initial level of the Gait re education process, my two year silent ACL injury quickly woke up so I could validate immediately that my gait and structure was 'different". The middle process Orthotic felt the best for me overall. Two weeks of daily wear, I can say (1) Feet and legs FEEL GREAT, (2) shoes previously tight and rubbing on outer toe, now doesn't rub so the ball of the foot does fall differently, and sciatica no longer flaring up several times a week. I will probably return when I have more time to complete a full updated assessment and when I have the funds to afford. Suggestion is to Buy the Orthotic cover so they can be worn bare footed without a tackey feel. Thank you Annette for your support.

I was a walk-in. Ana met me at the door and immediately explained the process of relieving foot and leg pain. Very surprised at the experience, respect, and knowledge the she shared with me. Tried the inserts and immediately was without pain. Completely impressed.
