Rick Howard was the sales associate I dealt with on 9/15/23. I am 93 and have been having trouble with my left foot turning inward for the last few years. I explained all of my problems to Rick and he was most patient with me, explained and showed me how your product could improve my problems and spent time fitting me with the products, making sure that they fit properly by having me walk with each one. He never rushed me, nor high pressured me to buy the product and reassured me that I could call him anytime if I had questions. He called a few days after I made my purchase to check on how I was doing. I am most pleased with both the product and Rick. He is a valuable asset to your company. My daughter was with me, she also was very impressed with the service we received. Rick gets a 5 star rating from me. Thank you.
