It was not a very long journey with Go mortgage, but a quick and smooth process in obtaining the formal approval for our first home loan. The important part is that Go mortgage team was so good at FHOG and Guarantee scheme as well. We had a tight deadline on our land settlement as it was not subject to finance but had to settle withing a short period of time upon its registration. Go mortgage team was so good in order to get that done. On the very first day that we spoke with Xavier, he had couple of options for us which make us confident on moving forward with signing the contract and entering in the process of our dream home. He answered all our questions and gave us a clear path for our process (even it was not pretty straightforward process) as well as workable options for worst case scenarios. Belinda Koh, was a very helpful team member in Go mortgage team. She was our primary contact up untill the formal approval of the loan. She was so friendly as well as professional and very good in communicating the things. We highly appreciate as she promptly responded to all our emails and was quick enough to get the things done from bank as well. Belinda silvy help us in post approval process which also a very satisfactory assistance through out the process. Looking forward to receive her wonderful assistance during the next stages of our build. Xavier was so helpful, providing us with valuable information and advice whenever we asked anything, and no question felt silly.
