We are not a large club and do not have the infrastructure to deal with complex issues such as new employee contracts and handbooks so we joined Golf HR and they have been very helpful. For the first time we now have new, up-to-date contracts and employee handbooks in place. When we had more complex HR related issues we were able to move packages for 3 months, the new package providing more comprehensive support, and it was great to have the Golf HR team helping us as we navigated the challenges. Fully recommend the Golf HR team to any golf club and comforting to know you have a team of dedicated professionals at the end of a phone line.

This is the second Club where we have worked with Golf HR and it offers great confidence that we are able to do things right. Our Employee Handbooks and Employment Contracts are all up to date and the future prompts we will receive to keep updated are always a great help. I know that if any issues should arise, we are able to call upon first class guidance from the Golf HR team which is always undertaken in an efficient, understandable and concise manner. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services.

Helped us to resolve a potentially tricky staff issue by providing clear, concise, advice and followed this is with the necessary documentation. I was very impressed with the way in which they helped us deal with the matter and subsequently recommended to the Board of the Golf Club that we sign up as retained Clients. Going forward we will be reviewing the efficacy of our Staff Handbook and also will update employment contracts to ensure they properly reflect current legislation.

I have been working with Golf HR now for a little over 3-months. It is clearly apparent that the recommendations I'd received from industry colleagues were valid. The professionalism of the entire team, the attention to detail demonstrated and a willingness to answer any question is credit to the organisation. There is also a professional humor to Golf HR - sending a breakfast tea bag and a chocolate bar in the post with a nice relaxed letter was a simply creative masterpiece to get one to review contract drafts.
