The worst exprience in my life!It is my first time to take dinner in the restaurant !The food is ok however the service is terrible!The waiters totally doesn’t care about what your need! They can’t change the plates anymore!I call them serve several times,they just ignore me!It is horrible.Finally I have to give the money(tens and twentys dollars)to them,they began pay attention to us!这家店是我见过服务最差的店家，还不如小吃店，服务员一直站在那里一动不动，英文又差，只会讲广东话，喊了半天不来人，请客吃饭一点体验感都没有，卖早茶的阿姐一直推销食物，我们说点主餐，不需要她们一直推销，服务员根本都没服务，换盘子都不给换，不得不提前给他们十块二十块钱，他们才动起来，食物一般，就鱼好点，开了瓶茅台开瓶费收五十，结账的时候，380多，付小费给的现金100多，本来不想给那么多的，后来也是多给了，但服务真是很差，请客吃饭建议大家不要去这家，你会很失望很失望，服务员那是服务员，就等于是形同虚设，差评！有个阿姐服务很好，其他包括貌似经理的人根本不提供任何服务的样子，而且是抗拒拒绝提供服务的态度，给了钱才动一动，点菜的时候说不会说普通话，讲英文他们又听不懂，广东话他们说的也是土话！一个月没时间评论，今天给个差评，大家千万别踩雷！宣传的很好，真的很乐色的一家餐馆！

Don't even think about coming to New York City without having some wonderful dim sum down in Chinatown it is fantastic and this restaurant has the little carts that come around so you can see what you're getting before you buy it

I can’t believe such historical restaurant, can provide such bad food.
Not tasty at all.
这里的早点真的好难吃，糯米鸡吃起来像纸。
没有任何一个好吃的。
应该是冷冻加热的！!!
非常非常不推荐。
こちらの食べ物が凄くまずい！
絶対に二度と来ない！
多分ね、冷凍のもの、ただの温めるの感じ！
凄く有名なレストランなのに、利益のために、もう本来の価値を忘れたと思います。

Born and raised New Yorker here. Hands down one of the best restaurants for dim sum in NYC! Must ask for Shumai and Har Gow (shrimp dumplings)
The food cart is always coming around. Great Dim Sum experience.

The Peking Duck here is a standout and the shumai and pork buns were addictive - the place was packed but our dishes came out quickly and a filling dinner for two (minus alcohol) came in under $100

Great place if you're with a group. They even accommodated one of us who has a true gluten allergy. The food is good but not mind-blowing. But you're really only going here for the experience and the atmosphere.
I should add that the staff were wonderful, and even without a reservation there was not much of a wait. You might be seated with other people at your table but that's part of the experience.

They renovated the place recently. Big or small grip. Clean bathroom and new spacious. Great food. Dimsum is always fresh.

ABSOLUTELY the BEST Dim-Sum restaurant in the Northeast area!!
Fresh, tasty and very authentic Cantonese cuisine just like what you can find in Hong Kong.
Although the dining room could be a bit noisy, the service is actually quite fast/good.
Reservations are highly recommended. If you want to just walk-in, it’s better you show up before 11am on Saturday and Sunday. Otherwise you may have to wait up to one hour.
They also have a to-go only entrance on the ground floor.

My husband and I had our reception here and it was the best decision we ever made for our guests. I was in contact with Angela regarding the event planning and food selections. The day of the event went better than I anticipated. We had a whole floor reserved for about 75 guests and it was very well decorated. People loved the dim sum dishes, crispy fried chicken, seafood noodles, and broccoli. There was enough food to take home and they provided takeout containers. We were also allowed to play our own playlist through Spotify and the speakers worked very well. Angela and the staff even helped with the cake cutting! Thank you to Golden Unicorn for making our day special.
