Couple weeks ago , we hired this services for end of lease. Their service was very professional and Bo who was the leading cleaner knows what she does ,has really good attidute to her job. We recieved our bond full. So 100% happy

Very good service, cleaned apartment thoroughly and with care

We had a pretty great experience with Gold Clean for our move-out cleaning today. Marty was very communicative and promised a full-bond back level of quality cleaning, and it sure was! My husband is hard to please but boy, was he impressed with Bo and Zola's work. Thanks so much Marty, Bo and Zola, very much appreciated ❤️

Had an end of lease clean and the result was great. Really good communication from Marty and his team turned up and powered through the clean without needing any direction.

Gold Clean completed a post-renovation clean for us. Marty was kind and the cleaners did a decent job, a few spots that weren’t touched but overall there was a lot to do and the price was the most competitive I found on the market. I deducted 1 star as they didn’t show up on the first date we booked and we had to follow them up. They nearly didn’t show up on the 2nd occasion as well - when I hadn’t seen or heard anything, I messaged and called to confirm. Marty apologised and rushed over some cleaners after confirming I wouldn’t be happy with another rebook. Thank you for the service

* Fake steam cleaning *Discount for reviews *Aggressive 1)Marty gives $10 discount for reviews that are written in google- explains high volume of good reviews 2) On the actual day, I was told by Marty that the quotewas for cash and additional 10% required for bank transfer 3) Marty asked cleaners to lie- No steam cleaning was done: Cleaners in the apartment confessed that MARTY has asked them to lie that steam cleaning had been done (No steam cleaning equipment had been brough)t+ Cleaners said they were asked to spray water on carpets to make it seem that steam cleaning had been done 4) Marty was aggressive over the phone insisting that steam cleaning had been done.Ultimately he confessed that NO ONE had come for steam cleanings

I did hire them for both builder and end of lease cleaning and am very happy with the services received, they are committed, professional and responsive. For sure will hire them again and introduce them to others.
