My name is Jason Bahno and I am grateful for the help of A.I. not Goldberg and Jones, and I am proud to share my horrible experience with them. The number one thing I learned over time was, before asking these conniving attorneys anything is to ask A.I. first. As soon as I figured this out, I saved myself time, money, and sanity. A.I. answered my questions completely, whereas these charlatans, Mr. Richard Kolek in particular, piece-meal every answer as much as possible so that they can bill as many hours as possible. A.I. also showed and taught me the Moore/Marsden/Bono/Sherman Equitable Apportionment Precedent that increased my settlement by 72%. I had to teach and refresh Mr. Richard Kolek the formula and remind him of my status in my marriage. Mr. Richard Kolek was just low balling my case without doing any real work. I have a lot more to say about this terrible outfit, but in conclusion use A.I. to answer your questions first and maybe cross check with your attorney?... Seriously, take charge and use A.I. and force these Chicken-Hawks to do their job, like I did! BTW a 5 minute talk was billed in 15 minute increments. A.I. SAVED ME MONEY AND SANITY, USE IT!!!!!!!!

I really did not enjoy my experience with this firm. I was paired with Christina Nuno who did not counsel me at all when we first met and that led to two decently big mistakes on my end. She was not nice to work with and had an attitude toward every question I asked. I went to pick up my divorce files and they were closed during office hours. I then asked them to mail my files and they never came. I emailed them multiple times asking for them to be met and they kept saying that they were coming. This also happened with my financial disclosures to the opposing counsel. I was made to believe I would get a refund in my retainer based on how straightforward the divorce was. I got $100 back. I ended up firing them and representing myself and I negotiated my proposal and saved thousands. I do not recommend this firm at all if you have a simple(ish) divorce. They will run up the bill on you and leave you wondering what you even paid for.

I hired these guys for a divorce/custody case. They advised me not to file a restraining order because I could get one easily later they said. Then the lawyer didn't even show up to my first court date which I would have attended but I was also advised by them not to be there. This prolonged my case which would have been a really easy case to now almost a year later going to trial with a 2nd attorney. When I asked for a refund they claimed they never missed a court date. My new lawyer got more done in half the time for the same amount I spent on these guys.

Phil Coleman was the most disconnected lawyer I've experienced. His advice to my case was the absolute worst. I hired outside lawyers to fix his faults. Zephyr is a car salesman. He will tell you everything you want to hear. The last memory I have of this firm was when Richard Kolek interrupted a meeting with Phil and I and made an inappropriate comment.

I have a difficult ex-husband, which is why I went to Goldberg Jones. If they could handle divorce for men, then I wanted that kind of strength for myself. I first used Mr. Coleman when my ex-husband "misfiled" his pension so I couldn't access the amount the Navy ordered. Mr. Coleman got back every cent for me and had my ex-husband reimburse legal fees. Then, when my ex-husband wasn't paying child support at the appropriate amount (which Mr. Coleman informed me I hadn't been receiving for over 2 years), Ms. Couture went to bat for me. She obtained the calculated amount for my boys — and collected 5 months in arrears as well as my legal fees. Ms Couture handled my ex-husband's antics with dignity and patience without doing anything unethical. He lied to her, wasted her time, and tried last-minute tricks with his counsel that didn't work with Ms Couture. Additionally, while I trusted her to handle everything, Ms Couture listened to me and protected me. If you have a difficult ex-spouse or current spouse you will be in great hands with Ms Couture. I was so impressed with her knowledge of the law, her ethics, and her ability to calmly handle a difficult man who tried to overpower her but ultimately lost.
