Very disappointed! Met with one of their attorneys for my son. She sounded so eager and promising. Went on and on about fighting for my son. Sadly she did nothing but have my son give in time and time again. I should have went with my first instinct in finding another attorney. My son gave her every chance and nothing changed. Ex went against court order and emptied my son apartment. His attorney did nothing! Ex and my son sgreed on things time after time, just to have Ex change her mind. Attorney even told my son " he would need to give" that's all he did! You could not pay me to use their services again. When the time comes, because sadly I have no doubtful my son will end up in court again for his poor son due to ex not wanting to co parent. I WILL NOT hire this place again! Very disappointed in " the man's attorney". Nothing like paying for Nothing! I recommend NOT wasting over 15k on this place.

This review is long overdue but we worked with Legal attorney, Brad Gerke from 2018-2021 and beyond to deal with a highly volatile family law case involving my husband and his ex and their two minor children. The case was unique and extremely complex in so many ways but we were assigned to Brad for his known ability to navigate highly complex circumstances and develop an equally strategic and creative approach, earning him a known title around the office and in the industry equivalent to tactical genius. Our situation was extremely complex, and upon looking at it, we had no chance of gaining custody of the children in spite of the childrens dire circumstances. That is, until Brad came along. Our first hearing Brad utilized case law to argue that a prior ruling would be prejudicial if entered due to excessive circumstantial developments that left the kids in a very unsafe situation. We "won" our first hearing and our court journey began from there. Brad helped us navigate the stress by creating a very well thought through and tactical approach that helped us to hold a more objective approach while addressing issues regarding the kids and separately, issues between parents. We worked closely together and he was flexible in helping us to minimize costs, as well as be as involved as we wanted to in this case. Brad did an excellent job maintaining relationships with the kids attorney, and any other attorneys we had to work with. Brad is verstile, strategic and seemed to create opportunity where there was previously no opportunity or hope. If you are looking for a fair and honest strategist who cares, and will invest all of himself in your case, I would highly recommend you choose Brad. We love him and are very grateful for his assistance. Our case was seemingly impossible and we were told custody was not a consideration but in the end, after learning the truth about the kids situation, Brad my husband and I partnered together to work toward the outcome that was in the best interest of the kids, and they ultimately came to live with us full time. If there was a place for no stars I would use that. All they were needed for was get help with a restraining order and they asked for $7,700 retainer fee. They used all of that and still wanted 2,000 more. The wife asked for no money and she had no lawyer.
