Worst company I have ever used They serviced my boiler in December and it was fine. I called them back in January as there were some heaters on my top floor not coming on.They stated I needed to change the valves. They did but this did not work. They came back again to check my boiler then completely locked me out of my boiler (boiler lockout) leaving me with no heating and hot water in my house. I called one of them off the street to tell them what they had done. They told me it would fix itself and stated they are going to pick up their kids at 4,30 and left me like this. The next day the Plumber came back and stated to me the man in the office told her to come to my house and tell me they’re not coming back to help me even though they caused this. She also stated that the man in the office told her she should not tell the clients that you’re just a Plumber and she should of not told the client that there was nothing wrong with the valves! However, she called the engineer and tried to fix the problem. In hindsight I wish she did not. They were there simply to put the boiler back on out of lockout but decided to change copper valves on the boiler without asking me. The heating came on so I paid them thinking it was working. However, once they left we realised the heating was not switching off at the radiators even with the thermostat off. The boiler was continuously boiling up and was getting dangerously hot and kept on over heating itself even with the thermostat at 0. I felt in danger and sent them a video of what they had done but was ignored. The man in the office kept on making excuses stating I need a new boiler a power flush. They did not take any responsibility for what they had done. I called an emergency engineer to fix what they had created which he stated the wiring that was done was a complete disaster. The new engineer fixed everything for me. NO NEW BOILER NEEDED, NO FLUSH NEEDED, AND NO PULLING UP FLOOR BOARDS. All I needed was a good engineer Now that the danger is resolved I will be pursuing my complaint against this company RESPONSE TO THE MESSAGE FROM GOGO BOILERS BELOW: This is a very small business. I dealt with Steve from the office the entire time I have calls and video messages I have sent to him. I also have your bill I attached the top part so you can see your headed paper. As I stated previously I will be taking this further.

I contact GoGo Boilers regarding pressure in the boiler was constantly dropping down . After checking my boiler I was advised by the plumber to cut off my underfloor heating as he was sure that where was the issue . Luckily I didn't agree to do it . We called another plumber who used thermal imaging camera and he discovered one of our pipe was leaking upstairs and the water was dripping between the floorboards and walls .

Hi Ms. Kowalczyk, We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our service. Upon investigation our end regarding this and speaking with the engineer, it appears we were booked for a boiler service on 22/12/23. Whilst servicing the boiler, it seems there may have been a conversation regarding your consistent pressure loss. The most logical explanation when there is no visible leakage on ceilings/blown floors etc, is the leak within concealed floors. However, although most likely, it would need further investigation to confirm. We would usually advise the engineer on-site to pass this information to the office, where we could book a follow-up appointment using our dedicated team and our own infrared camera. I do apologise that this was not the case and I will be sure to follow this up with the engineer. We hope to keep you as a valued customer and wish you a Happy New Year! I've used Gogo boilers a few times now and they are fantastic. They provided and installed our Hive system a few years ago. Today they came round to fix our boiler after a Christmas emergency and they were here within the hour. They also do great things for the community which I really respect. Dave T was the engineer today and he was really helpful. Thanks to the whole team and merry Christmas

I have never used GoGo Boilers before and needed a service on my Vaillant Boiler. I phoned and got an appointment and this was kept without any problem. I have had my Boiler serviced by another large gas supplier and the engineer was in and out in 10 minutes. GoGo Boilers engineer seemed to take so much more care and gave the boiler so much more attention. I am very impressed and will definitely use them for all future services and any problems.

I contacted GoGo Boilers because I noticed water leaking from my combi boiler. An engineer came an hour later and fixed the issue quickly. Dave was polite, professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I booked GoGo in for a boiler service. In the course of the service the engineer spotted a fault. He told me the fault would cost 1700 to repair. Or we could have a new boiler for 1200. I got a second opinion from another firm. They were able to do the repair for 300. GoGo also told me we would need a system flush @ £500. But our system has a filter on it. So I'm not sure why it would need a flush?

Hello Mr McIntyre, We are sorry for the late reply. This is due to obtaining the relevant report from the engineer for us to provide a suitable answer. Firstly, we were called to carry out a boiler service as a new customer. The boiler, a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30si, with the serial number that we have indicates that the boiler was fitted in 2017. The engineer noticed that the main heat exchanger had ripples, which would indicate that there is a circulation issue where the heat exchanger is reaching a higher temperature than normal. This in most cases is a common problem. When boiler was fitted, the system had not been cleaned or a magnetic filter fitted. Debris has built up in the heat exchanger, however, the boiler can still be used for heating and hot water. The engineer decided not to take any responsibility, but to notify you and provide a retail price £1700. Later that day, we forwarded an email with a revised quotation, which was £1260 inc VAT (supply and fit new heat exchanger) and also recommended a powerflush at additional £500. Really impressed. I was recommended by another happy customer. The day of my quote the plumber was delayed a little and the office kept me updated with multiple emails throughout the day without me needing to chase to get updates myself. Gabby has just done an amazing job...lots of attention to detail and my pipework changes look even better than i had imagined.

One day our boiler just stopped working & we searched for a local shop that could help us. The next day James came in & explained the issues we had with our boiler. We decided that a new boiler would be the best way to deal with the issues. Cliff came in the following work day & worked proficiently to install our boiler & checked all of our radiators & hot water. Everything worked a treat! Cliff went the extra mile & taught us throughly on how to adjust the temperatures & pressure if/and when needed. The following day James came to install our thermostat & helped to link it to other devices around the house. I highly recommend Go Go Boilers! Cliff & James did an amazing job! They were also great with our dogs which is always a bonus!

We had to have our boiler replaced, repositioned and all pipes redirected from 2 walls to a 3rd one , the team showed up on time and did a brilliant job, very neat , up to the highest standards , polite , patient, hard working and really nice , will definitely use again!! Thank you very much!
