New Boiler
I had Richard install a new boiler for my wife and I today. He did a fantastic job and was on time and efficient with his work. I cannot speak highly enough of how impressed I was with the service we have received throughout and the care and attention to detail Richard showed.

Steve Bowden at GoGo Boilers a true legend!
Steve Bowden at GoGo Boilers was truly amazing. A very experienced gas engineer who diagnosed the problem straightaway and resolved within 2 hours. He was very professional and easy to get along with. It took our insurers Admiral over 2 weeks to try and resolve and they left our boiler in a worse state after they tried to resolve the problem. I highly recommend GoGo Boilers to fix any boiler problems and they have made our Christmas as we now have a warm home and hot water. Thank you GoGo Boilers!

Excellent service. They responded quick to my enquiries, the engineer arrived on time, focus on his work, very professional. They also send you a reminder when your service is due to expire so you don’t even need to worry about remembering to do it every year. 100% recommended.

Our boiler was making a noise that was quite worrying. Richard from GoGo boilers came round and quickly identified the issue, he even had the part. It was so reasonable. We will definitely be using GoGo Boilers again when we upgrade the thermostat. 😊

This company installed my boiler early October last year.The price was competitive,it was an established business so went with it.Had a leak from the condensing pipe a few months later which was caused by a crack as they used the existing pipework from previous boiler instead of replacing with new.These things happen so I dealt with it and never complained.At the end of August I booked an appointment for the boiler to be serviced and a gas certificate for the hob.This was arranged for this week so I put a call into the office on Monday to confirm the appointment and was told it was still arranged with a timeslot of between 9-12am.The engineer was to call 40 mins before arrival so by 11.30am with no call......I spoke to Steve who very politely told me the allocated engineer had a faulty ???? so could not test the boiler.He was trying to source a replacement.It was evident that it wasn't going to happen that day and Steve promised to call back within the hour.That was 3 days ago and still awaiting the call.The good news is I received a reminder email from them today to say that my boiler service is due! The 2 stars are for the price on the original install and Steve's polite manner

While Brixton is outside our typical service area, we do make exceptions for our existing customers. Have used Steve from Gogo boilers over the last 3 years to install new boiler, radiators etc. Messaged Steve the other day out of office hours asking for advice having had some very hefty unusually high water bills.
He came round within a day to try and locate the problem for me which he did. He is always thorough and checked everything for me before locating the problem. He came back today on his day off to fix new part for me.
That is what I call service. He always goes the extra mile for his clients. As always would recommend the boss at Gogo 100%. Thanks Steve.

Really good experience with them. The engineer arrived Thursday, installed and completed the boiler by Friday afternoon. I think his name was Richard was really good, even came back Saturday when the hot water stopped working Friday evening and fixed it all. Everything was done professionally and left in a good state

Worst company I have ever used
They serviced my boiler in December and it was fine.
I called them back in January as there were some heaters on my top floor not coming on.They stated I needed to change the valves. They did but this did not work.
They came back again to check my boiler then completely locked me out of my boiler (boiler lockout) leaving me with no heating and hot water in my house.
I called one of them off the street to tell them what they had done. They told me it would fix itself and stated they are going to pick up their kids at 4,30 and left me like this.
The next day the Plumber came back and stated to me the man in the office told her to come to my house and tell me they’re not coming back to help me even though they caused this. She also stated that the man in the office told her she should not tell the clients that you’re just a Plumber and she should of not told the client that there was nothing wrong with the valves!
However, she called the engineer and tried to fix the problem. In hindsight I wish she did not. They were there simply to put the boiler back on out of lockout but decided to change copper valves on the boiler without asking me.
The heating came on so I paid them thinking it was working. However, once they left we realised the heating was not switching off at the radiators even with the thermostat off. The boiler was continuously boiling up and was getting dangerously hot and kept on over heating itself even with the thermostat at 0.
I felt in danger and sent them a video of what they had done but was ignored. The man in the office kept on making excuses stating I need a new boiler a power flush. They did not take any responsibility for what they had done.
I called an emergency engineer to fix what they had created which he stated the wiring that was done was a complete disaster. The new engineer fixed everything for me. NO NEW BOILER NEEDED, NO FLUSH NEEDED, AND NO PULLING UP FLOOR BOARDS.
All I needed was a good engineer
Now that the danger is resolved I will be pursuing my complaint against this company

This is a very small business. I dealt with Steve from the office the entire time I have calls and video messages I have sent to him. I also have your bill I attached the top part so you can see your headed paper. As I stated previously I will be taking this further.
