When the driver arrived, he did not even step out of the truck. He only lowered the window to speak to me, displaying an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude.
My order consisted of nine very heavy boxes of furniture. Although the service was clearly stated as delivery to door, the driver refused to unload the items. As a result, I was forced to carry all the boxes down from the truck myself and bring them to my unit, which is entirely unacceptable. Even if the driver was not required to bring the boxes into my unit, there is absolutely no justification for leaving the unloading to the customer.
This experience has caused significant stress and frustration. I spent nearly $3,000 on this purchase, yet the delivery experience was shockingly poor. This incident has made me lose complete confidence in both Cozey and GoBolt, and I am extremely disappointed. Based on this experience, I do not wish to purchase from your companies again.
Genuinely the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a package from Lululemon on November 27th, it is currently December 12th and I had to call both Lululemon and GoBolt to several times only to find out my package has been lost at their warehouse. After contacting Lululemon support, I found out that the item I had ordered no longer exists and is out of stock.
So now I have no way to get the item I want. I don't want a refund, I just want my package. Thanks for nothing GoBolt. I am incredibly upset and won't be ordering from Lululemon until they switch shipping companies.
