Once GOAT, Now WOAT I've used this service in the past for trainers i found difficult to find/find at a reasonable price. However, of late they/their sellers are messing me around. I've ordered the same pair of trainers twice only for the seller to cancel the sale. First cancellation was one minute after purchasing. Second cancellation was about a week later. GOAT had taken the money for the entire transaction from my account and hadn't reached out to me at all. I subsequently contacted GOAT and after a period they told me the transaction had been cancelled by the seller and I'd get my money back in about a business week, meaning they'll have had a significant sum of my money for a minimum of 2 weeks. This is not the way to do business. Sending me apologies when I complain, but doing almost nothing else (apart from tell sellers they've been bad wee boys/girls!!) happens. As a consequence buyers are left in the lurch financially. Sellers can mess around and put the same items for sale all over the place and get the best deal, and then just say the deal is off when GOAT contact them to fulfill the deal...no financial compensation, money off offer, deal/coupon etc, and as a result I'd advise anyone/everyone to think twice about using this service

Horrible authentication don’t buy Got a pair of shoes from GOAT. They did not match they were different fabric. I don’t know how it passed authentication but they said it did when it looks totally different. Customer service did not care. They did not return the shoe don’t ever shop that goat go somewhere else.

I would give this company a zero if I could, bought a pair of **** shoes that we were told were authentic . After wearing the shoes in the gym for the 4th time they blew out the whole side. **** says that this company is not an authorized dealer so they wont guarantee the shoe. Goat will not guarantee the shoe because it was after the 14 day return time!!! So we are out of big bucks!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY THING FROM **************************. My shoes were never delivered to me and when I tried to get my money back. They never responded to my emails on time and when they did over a month later. They said they cant refund my money back due to it being over 14 days later!! They are scammers so do not purchase from them. ******** customer service and you cant call them because they dont have a phone number with a customer service team.

It has been a complete nightmare dealing with this company. I ordered two pairs of shoes. On the day of delivery I received one pair and an interior door with my tracking number for the second pair of shoes on it. Between photos showing the discrepancy GOAT was no help. You are not able to make contact with a physical person to rectify the issue. Even with the attached photos showing the tracking number attached to this massive box they advise its not the same number when you can clear see it is. At this point I am out of my money, did not receive my order, and the door that was sent dropped that off at the *** store to be returned.

The company is a scam. I purchased a shoe that was the wrong size. spent money on a box to return them. they denied my return because the shoe box was damaged, during the return. not the shoe.. The picture looked like an employee put a hole in the shoe box, so they denied me a refund and kept the shoe to resale. The only way I could receive the shoe back was to pay them to return it to me

I've used GOAT numerous times and hadn't had a complaint till now. I live in ******* and my shoes we're delivered someone in ** and what looks like an abandoned house or so in a box that seems to contain a sweater or jacket but was clearly not the shoes I purchased. It was purchased on December 13th and hadn't received a response from GOAT nor that ******** delivery company (***********) they use now till 2 weeks later. Finally GOAT replied stating that the shoes we're delivered and that's all they care about. Not my package nor was it my address that this package went to and trusty GOAT basically said oh well. If you can help do not use GOAT anymore *********** is the same app that I've used over time and will continue to use at this point. No more GOAT for me.

This company has no phone support. everything is thru the internet. They are a third party company and do not have products in stock. I would not recommend this company for any purchases.

Ordered my son some slides from there and they were the wrong size. I returned them and I was denied a refund saying my shoes were used even though my son never wore them. They sent me pictures of the shoes and they look brand new. I turned them the next day after he opened them .

Ive shopped with Goat for years and have never needed to return anything. I recently purchased a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift on 11/29/24 that was too small and was not allowed to exchange them. They are brand new, in the original packaging, and had never been worn. I understand not refunding the money but denying me the return is insane. I was told that the shoes needed to be purchased between 12/01-12/25 in order to exchange a Christmas gift. So I literally purchased them 2 days early. I sent pictures to show that they are brand new. They really just lost a family of customers over a simple exchange.

Terrible customer service!!!!! Stay away!!!I ordered a Spider sweater as a Christmas present and after gifting it, the minute my son wore it one of the stars on the speaker fell off. I then noticed they were all pretty loose and one was damaged assuming while it was sown on. This was NOT a cheap sweater.After contacting customer care for a refund or replacement, they said I was no longer eligible because it had been over 14 days I had purchased it. I explained it was a Christmas present and they did absolutely nothing about it.Worst customer service ever! You can't even speak with anyone. They only communicate via email. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again!!!

Worst customer service I have ever seen Do Not order anything from these people. If you have one issue with the shipping, you are out of luck. While ordering I was prompted that I could change the address and I was never given that option. Needless to say the sneakers I ordered are going to the wrong address, I contacted customer service within minutes of the order. They told me to wait and contact UPS, which I did on several occasions to no avail. They told me that GOAT would need to remove the restrictions in order for me to have the package shipped elsewhere. Unfortunately, GOAT does not have any type of customer service besides an email address And all they have provided me in the last three days is the suggestion to go to my old apartment building and somehow find the new tenant that lives there and ask them if they can give me the sneakers once they're delivered. I would really advise not using this organization and finding one that has an actual phone number in case you have a problem.

I thought Goat was good till I ran into my problem. I plan on never shopping here again. I ordered a pair of shoes on December 11 for someone as a Christmas gift. I thought it should most definitely come in before Christmas, but I was wrong. The shoes was coming from ********* which I wasn't aware of because it didn't state anywhere where it was coming from. If I knew it was coming from that far, I would have never ordered it. I contacted customer service via email and I got no response what so ever. I wanted to see if I could pick up the delivery because it arrived in my state, but I got no response. I kept checking if it would come in but my package was sitting in the same location for 2 days. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I shouldn't have to ask to pick up my delivery but I wanted it before christmas.
