Scammer This is my second time selling them shoes the first time they lied and said they had scuffs on them that was a lie. This time they say it is a issue with the shoe and that is a lie. They do that to take more money out so they can sell them for more if you going to sell do not do it on there they are scammers

I will NEVER order anything from this site again! On May 10,2024 for her birthday my granddaughter asked for a pair of shoes (Wmns Dunk Low 'Photon Dust'). She sent me a link to GOAT.com and I ordered them for her. The order was to be shipped directly to her. I went out of town May 17 and did not return until June 7. It was then that she told me the shoes were too small. So I reached out to the company and asked to exchange them. I was told they didn't have a range of sizes. So I said I wanted a refund. The policy of this company is to request a refund within 3 days! Really? That's ridiculous! Anyway, Nick, the person who has been emailing me apparently, was going to waive that and let me return them. I could find NO EMAILS from my original order so he finally provided me with the order number. I tried to log in (I use 2 different email addresses) and I had trouble. Finally I got it where I had the correct order email address and I used the credentials I had set up for it, and it said it was INCORRECT! I have changed the password 3 times in the last few days. I had to download the GOAT app to start the refund. When I tried to do that, I had to change the password on my account another time to get it to work. Then it said to put in the authentication code that was texted to me. I tried that THREE times. You have 1 minute to do it. In the app there was no way to get a keyboard to put in the numbers. This is the most ridiculously run company I have EVER dealt with. I don't know if I'll ever get to return the shoes for a refund, but this I do know, I'm NEVER ordering anything from this secretive and difficult to deal with website again. And if you want to save yourself a lot of aggravation, you'll do the same.

Terrible return process Ordered shoes from GOAT. Received them after sometime waiting almost 2 weeks). Once received, the packing box was crumpled. The original shoe box was missing the top (as it listed) but the box was crushed in. The shoes were not the correct color. Wonder silver does not mean pastel green. Attempted to return them and was told I would get only $46 credited of the $76 paid for the shoes if I returned them. So return them and lose $30 for nothing?!? Well, GOAT has lost a customer now. I won't be back to deal with this nonsense again.

Worst service Do not use them. Scammers. I orders and my phone used the wrong address and I tried to cancel within 3 hours like their police and they won't. I will still payment on my credit card now

DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY THIS COMPANY STEALS YOUR MONEY …. I stupidly paid this GOAT a hugely inflated price for a pair of trainers (more than double what they retailed for!) as a gift. DHL messaged me to say they were delivering so as I would be at work on the expected delivery date I updated the delivery instructions for the item to be left in our secure parcel box with a detailed description of it's location. Upon returning from work I checked the parcel box and it was empty! I spoke with my neighbours who confirmed they hadn't taken it in for me. I then tracked the item and there was a photo of the parcel on my doorstep but it wasn't there when I arrived home! There can be only one of 2 scenarios here … Either due to the fact that it was left there all day in full view of the road with many people passing by it has been stolen or a delivery driver took a photo of the 'delivered' item then returns to the vehicle with it thereby stealing it. Why DHL even bother contacting the customer to ask for alternate delivery instructions should you be out is beyond me. I raised this issue with GOAT who have refused to raise a claim with DHL on the basis that the picture on the tracking says it's delivered! Unfortunately GOAT my contract is with you and if you fail to deliver my item following the provided delivery instructions I will have no alternative but to sue now for my losses, plus costs, fees and compensation in my local County Court …. DO NOT BUY FROM GOAT.
