They deserve 0 stars "Dr Johnson" omg caused me so much pain, first they canceled consultation 3 times before surgery and the day of the surgery he made me go naked infront of the other 3 ladies thay he was operating, was so painful I'm my weight is 160pounds 5'2 and he did the lipo with local anesthesia but not epidural they literally put some lidocaine or something like that and you can feel everything he even cut me deep with something and put staples on me he hurt so badly and he curses at his staff, poor girls do what they can. Everything in that place was dirty, they even take a urine sample in a plastic cup the ones for drinking not a sterile one. The pain has been horrible and a nightmare I hope no one goes here disappointed. Don't use goals also they ghost you once you want to call back. They take your money. And also brooklyn offers massages only Mondays and Fridays and they are always short staffed Terrible place

Terrible experiencia paso mi amiga ahí por casi le quitan todo, se hizo un supuesto 360 con bbl y le partieron la aguja en el estómago no tenín máquinas suficiente para extraerla, mi amiga le tocó estar 4 días hospitalizada ahora le hicieron eso y faltal, ahora pide garantía ya que esa cicatriz le quedó muy fea, y no le dan respuesta ella va denunciar si hay alguien más aquí con problemas deberían de unirse y hacer una sola denuncia no es justo que pase eso, la falta de profesión es terrible, se hacen los bobos cuando uno habla pero si es para cirugía le prometen el cielo, no se operen ahí malo todo y aparte nunca solucionan nada, ah y cogen el celular de las pacientes y ellos mismos se publican en la página cosas bonitas terrible experiencia ojalá mi amiga pueda superar vese episodio ya que hasta psicólogo fue ahora solo va denunciar

I had my flex chin/neck lipo with Dr Erwin and he was very professional and straight to the point, he also made me feel comfortable before, during and after my procedure, this was in the Ridgefield location. I just did my post/op massage/drainage in their Bronx location and they did a fantastic job in explaining everything to me, and what to expect. Kayleen at the front desk is super sweet and knowledgeable and pointed me to the right direction with my next steps in my aftercare. Elana was my masseuse, and she was very thorough with my care, and explained everything she was going to do with me, also very warm and sweet. Definitely a good experience with them ❤️

Very pushy coordinators. I spoke with Gregory and he was very unprofessional. After telling them I was cancelling, I was called and messaged 15+ times, all from different people claiming to work for Goals. It is very disorganized and clearly they do not communicate very well. Please save your time and look elsewhere.

am extremely disappointed with my experience at Goals Plastic Surgery. I felt pressured regarding payment and was uncomfortable being asked to send funds through methods such as Zelle or wire transfer. After sending the wire transfer I was told my wire transfer was not received a week later in which I knew was a lie the Communication was poor, my concerns were not adequately addressed, and I left feeling frustrated and unsupported. Based on my experience, I encourage anyone considering this clinic to thoroughly research their options, ask detailed questions, and carefully review all policies before making any payments. This experience caused me significant stress and I would not recommend this provider. I’m very glad I did not allow GOALS to work on me

I went to goals for my surgery and it was easy, simple, no complications. Dr. Panda did my bbl she did great I’m loving my results. I’ve also been getting my post op massages with elena and I started feeling so much better instantly after I got my first drainage. Everyone here has been so much help with my recovery.

No les recomiendo a ninguna chica operarse ayi hace 3 meces me operé con el doctor perkin me mostraron su trabajo vi por fotos el trabajo que le hacía a las demás chicas dije ok el es pero cuando me realizaron mi cirugía no me gustó mi barriga quedó con todo el gordo que tenía anterior mente los glúteo me quedaron con 2 trendoa oyos he consultado con varias chicas que conocí que el mismo las operó y dicen lo mismo de él aparte de eso le explicó que no estoy a gusto con el trabajo y me dice te quieres operar nuevamente pero tengo que pagarle nuevamente para arreglar su mal trabajo para eso me voy a otro doctor dice que me quiere ver en 3 meces más y tengo que pagar 250 dólares para el darme seguimiento a su trabajo chicas no se operen con ellos que ellos para llevarnos al quirófano son muy atentos pero para luego no nos conocen no les recomiendo que se operen ahí no se operen ayi hacen mal su trabajo 😝😝😝😝😝😝😝

The staff was so nice, professional, and informative — they explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. You can tell they truly care about their clients and recovery process. Esa clínica es una estafadora no caiga en la trampa no devuelven el dinero y no son profesionales,tal como se vez no contestan y tú pide rembolso y no te lo dan perdí 1200 dolores hay y no me lo devuelven son muy malo y estafadores tengan cuidado
