This is a terrible shop I'm Gucci. So many better shops out there. Everyone take the ride to elm st tattoo in Northampton mass or spfld mass to nuclear crayon or pist fish in west Springfield mass. Trust me.

They do a great job and the staff is friendly

My brother has had a couple of pieces done here and I finally went back for my cover up. Mikey is really nice and makes it super comfortable for you. His art work is amazing. Honestly they are very open about the store policy. So anyone who didn't get their deposit back after they went over the policy with you, Is not their fault(ive seen a couple people write that) . I have had a lot of complements on the art. I recommended them to a couple of people already. The environment is great. And will be going back for more!

Loved every step of the process thus far. David and the crew made me feel like I was family, or a long time friend just by their awesome attitudes and stellar atmosphere. Phase one of a two part tatt is amazing, can’t wait to get back in the chair, not only to finish the tattoo but also hang with everyone again. Awesome work and awesome people. Highly recommend.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not go here. I made an appointment in shop in Nashua on 5/10/2022. The appointment was for Friday 5/13/22 at 12noon in Nashua. I was told $150 was required to book the appointment but it would be put towards the price of the tattoo. Basically it should cover the whole thing since it was a small tattoo for my daughter. The appointment was added to the schedule for 2:00 instead of 12. Ty the person who booked it said the computer was glitchy and assured me he would fix it as call in an hour with an update. He never called. Thursday 5/12 I call and talk to Ty. He says he’s sorry he forgot to call but has three jobs and doesn’t always remember everything. I tell hi. We will just keep the 2 pm appointment in Nashua. Fast forward to Friday. The artist calls me and asks if we can move our appointment again. Now to 4 pm because her 12 appointment needed a 4 hour session and it would run into our 2 pm appointment. Again I accommodate and say sure we will be there at 4 pm. We get to the Nashua shoppe at 3:50 and Ty the guy who made my appointment looks at me and says I don’t have an appointment. That it had been scheduled in Manchester. I thought he was kidding. He wasn’t. I was beside myself. I said I wanted a refund. They told me they didn’t know how to do it and no one else there could either. I argued with him and told him I wanted my money back. He kept saying only the manager could refund and wasn’t there. I went to mall management and got some assistance there but have yet to get a refund. Please do not go to this place. It is awful. A complete nightmare. Just go anywhere else. I couldn’t believe this happened. Believe all the reviews that warn you about how terrible they are. It’s all true.

Gladden tattoo is hands down the best tattoo shop I've been too. The employees are awesome as well as full of life, energy, and full of amazing ideas.They are so clean, so friendly,. I have to give the biggest shout out to Mikey Bones. He UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT!!!! I will be back for more ink. Definitely recommend Glass Tattoo.

A really friendly place to get your first tattoo done! Great artists who are willing to listen patiently to your suggestions! The shop had a great atmosphere, as well as fantastic customer service. Will be recommending Glass St tattoo to all my friends and family Cant wait for my next tattoo

This place is a rip off!!! I need to cancel an appointment do to a surgery and they tried to keep my money. No refund is all Ethen said to me. Before that he try to talk over me then hung up the phone on me. Super unprofessional and customer service was not the a focus. They I tried to change the artists for the appointment and they wanted another deposit. I haven't see and or meet with any nor gotten any work do. I can keep going with interactions I had with the store employees but ill just leave it with a WOW!!!!

I usually never leave reviews but I believe I really should, my experience at glass street not once but more than 5 occasions I've been there and have had an excellent time. The employees greet you right away with open arms! Its literally so nice seeing everyone theres literally always someone there to help you with whatever you need its absolutely amazing, and their work too oh my lord talk about extraordinary.
