Carl had already done a great job of building an extension to our house and we had no hesitation in asking him to take on this second big job. An experienced and accomplished project manager, he has very good communication skills, listening and keeping people updated on progress. He has built up a great team of trustworthy tradespeople, important in making clients feel secure, with so many different people having access to the house. This was an ambitious project, involving conversion of large roofspace in big Victorian semi. All was completed to an extremely high specification, with many creative and imaginative features

Carl and the team were quality from start to finish. Came and gave some advise as well as a quote early on, once we had agreed to go ahead it all moved quite quickly. They were courteous whilst in the house and kept in touch throughout. When extra things came up they were upfront about costs and there were no issues. After it was finished a few bits needed tweaking and they came back to do so without hesitation. Will use them again for other work.

Chris and Carl were amazing from start to finish. They converted our garage into a level access bedroom and wet room. The end result was amazing and much more than we ever had imagined. Two storey rear extension including new kitchen, bathroom and en suite, Allerton. Couldn't be happier with the end result. At the start Chris and Carl provided a detailed quotation and explained thoroughly the build schedule and process. The quote was very reasonable and they were able to start within weeks. Any changes or additions to the initial plans we were always able to discuss and we were advised the cost before going ahead. The whole build went really smoothly and was finished on time and too a very high standard. The house has been completely transformed. I would have no hesitation recommending Chris and Carl.

Carl recently did my bathroom for me, taking the original back to brick. He was very helpful in going over what was possible with the space and in discussing what would work in terms of styling and re-plumbing. When it came to undertaking the work, Carl turned up on time, undertook the work professionally, with regular updates on progress and didn't leave any mess once finished. I've had the bathroom for a few months now and it's transformed the house, it's of superb quality and a great finish. I would highly recommend Glassar Electrical.
