John replaced a tricky lock on my storm door. Fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Had a couple of issues that John sorted out - fitted a new lock to the front door and repaired the lock to a PVC window, which no doubt saved me quite a bit of money. Great service, great value and John is a gentleman. Would and will certainly recommend.

I’d give more than five stars if I could. John was wonderful in helping in a sensitive situation with a vulnerable relative who had lost a set of keys but saw no need for new keys and locks as a safety measure. John dealt with this situation sympathetically. John did an excellent job of fitting new locks and demonstrating the changes he had made for my relative. I live over 250 miles away from EK and John kept me updated at every stage of the repair. He sent videos of what he’d done. I found John to be great value as well as an accomplished tradesman. Highly recommended.

John responded very quickly to a problem with the lock on our front door. At a very reasonable cost he replaced the lock, making the door very easy to open and lock. He is also a thoroughly nice man who gives the impression that nothing is too much trouble for him. Would use him again and can strongly recommend him.

Friendly, fast, and fairly priced, what more can you ask for? He explained the issue with our door to us as he was working on it and managed to fix the issue without needing to replace any expensive parts. Our door has always been a bit janky closing/opening and it's actually smoother now after his repairs than it was before it broke!
