Extremely Dissatisfactory Experience I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company, making it the worst encounter I've had in the last 15 years in Glasgow. The engineer arrived unannounced and showed shocking rudeness and arrogance toward the tenant. To add to the frustration, the job was left unattended, yet I was still charged. The engineer claimed that someone else had already addressed the issue, preventing him from doing the job. However, I was charged a hefty £147 for a brief 2-minute visit. The engineer's conduct was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional – taking pictures and leaving the work untouched. Contrastingly, I engaged another company that efficiently resolved the problem within an hour, allowing me to resume my daily activities promptly. Considering this experience, I cannot, in good faith, recommend or consider using this company again. I feel compelled to report this incident to my bank due to what appears to be fraudulent services.

Both engineers were very helpful, assisting and explaining the whole process thoroughly. The first time I had a leak on my boiler and the second my boiler needed to be checked as the pressure was down. Both times the work was done very quickly and sufficiently. Moreover, speaking on the phone with lovely Marianna she made sure, all the times I call in, that all the works been done and if I needed anything further. Highly recommended!

I have used this company twice in the last month , for two completely unrelated matters. They are very prompt at responding to a request for a heating engineer to attend , within the hour both times. First diagnostic visit required a part to be ordered and was installed within a couple of days. Second time , for a totally unrelated issue , engineer was out on a Saturday afternoon within an hour and sorted the problem at the time. Jack , Michael and Jag , thank you all very much.

We have a contract with Corgi Homeplan, who contracted G Jassal to look at our ironically named Ideal boiler when it developed yet another fault. G Jassal have been swift, helpful and professional – and while the fault is going to require replacement parts being ordered and fitted, I feel very confident in the way it is all being handled, and am confident of a swift resolution. Special mention to engineer Jag, whose entire way of being is admirable: a very reassuring and helpful presence.
