I have had my new HVAC unit for almost a month now and am very pleased.
More importantly I would like to talk about the actual company GillAir.
I found GillAir to be incredibly honest. From trying to repair my old HVAC before a total replacement, to the truth, honesty and compassion they showed towards me on units in my price point.
No one wants to spend this kind of money but after receiving other bids I can assure you these guys were fair and honest and installed a great system for my price point.
I would highly recommenr relieving some stress from your life and calling GillAir the next time you need anythin heating or air related.
I would not hesitate to use them in the future!

The attached text exchange occurred during the most horrendous heat wave in Atlanta in a long time. Note the time I texted Gill and the time they replied. Yes, that's PM. Then note the day and time the Gill technician left my home. Yes, that's how quick and efficient they are - even in a heat wave with hundreds of customers without AC. The Gill team is professional, they are knowledgeable, they are polite and, frankly, good guys and they have fair and balanced pricing. Best of all, they communicate and respond quickly / very quickly. Donna and I highly recommend the Gill team of professionals. Thanks guys!

Had my A/C go out on a Saturday night in July, which obviously isn't something any homeowner would want. I called Gill Heating & Air that evening and left a message. I got a call back within an hour, and after explaining my situation, the rep told me they would try to get a tech out the next day (Sunday) and would call me in the morning.
Long story short, a tech is out at my house by early Sunday afternoon, and my issue was fixed within a couple of hours. The tech, Rakesh, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and he even took the time to explain how the various components in my A/C system worked while he was fixing the issue. Considering it was an emergency call involving a part replacement, the cost was also very reasonable.
After dealing with numerous HVAC companies in the Gwinnett area, I think I'll be giving Gill another call the next time I have a problem.
They came to fix an issue for us and only got half of the work done when we had clearly stated what needed to be fixed. Be aware!

When I bought my home in Lilburn, the system was old, like 20+ years old. We knew it needed an upgrade. I had 2 other companies give me quotes on our single system complete replacement. I called Gill and they came over like 30 minutes later and gave me a cash price quote far below what the other companies offered...like substantially lower! The other 2 companies were "upselling" me on systems, Gill actually "down-sold" me believe it or not! We had a brand new complete Carrier system installed the next day. It's worked flawless since summer of 2018!

This person was paid for over $1000 worth of work and as soon we closed on the house we began having problems with the unit. I contacted Gil and the 1st thing he said was check the filters. Indeed the filters were old and filthy and causing an issue, however its listed on the invoice he provided that they had been replaced. We also needed a contactor which should have been discovered and repaired with this his initial diagnostic and repair. This ended up costing us a ton of money.

Gill is fantastic. He bought our AC back from the dead over 9 years ago "not certain it would hold" and it worked until the whole system died 9 long years later!! That's honest!! He could have overcharged us then and done expensive repairs and/or replacements but his quick fix that he wasn't sure would hold fixed the problem for nearly a decade. Gill came back this to replace our old HVAC system this year when our heat went out. It was done quickly and very competently at a fair price. My husband and I highly recommend Gill and wouldn't use anyone else.
One of the two brothers who own this small successful company, Gurtej, was onsite during the installation and it went perfectly well. He spent all the time I needed explaining the installation and his crew did an excellent job installing a new HVAC, coil and condenser for my AC system in my home. I went with Trane equipment. Couldn’t be happier. These guys don’t oversell you. They’re straight shooters. Highly recommended!

Gil and D have serviced my 8,000 SF home for 6 plus years. On multiple occasions they have saved me money by just fixing the old unit rather than replacing it. Just last Sunday Gill came out on a Sunday to fix our AC. on Sunday!
They are the hardest working, smartest guys int the business!
My favorite memory is when one of our units stopped working. My wife had a friend with an HVAC business and wanted to give them a chance (not my decision!). The guy comes out and recommends full unit replacement not just of that unit but of the neighboring unit. Total up-sell. D came out, took one look at the non-working unit, cut a hole in the plastic pipe, removed a clog. Unit worked and he then repaired the hole. $200 vs $3,000. They are the best!

Gill heating and air did a great job again! I’ve used this company twice. The first job turned out to be a minor problem and was priced accordingly. Great service, so I took note.
The second job was much larger. I needed both a new furnace and ac unit.
Sagar, the same gentleman from the first job came by for the second. He is very thorough, trustworthy, and an expert in his field. He did a great job again.
I will rely on him and this company in the future. Their work was excellent and I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price.
