It was awful ordering form you ,First of you missed my order despite of me contacting you guys many times you but you still couldn’t deliver it on the right day ,it got delivered almost two days later and no compensation at all ,wasted of time and emotions specially abd specially when you are trying to send on special occasions such as eid i placed an order to get it delivered Friday but it didn’t get delivered instead they delivered monday night ,very disappointing for getting it delivered that late
Bad experience, My brother had placed an order from Kuwait, Giftoo accepted the order and gave an option to deliver between 1 to 5 PM in month of Ramadan. We added a note to deliver it at 6 PM as we had guest for Iftaar. Last moment they end up in dramatic situation where they started to force us to accept the order between 8 to 9 PM. Last moment we had to make something urgently in our house to save reputation front of the guest..It was a nightmare that night. First of all, Why they don't upgrade Ramadan timings on their website? They kept the rolling-on game with my brother and then they themselves asked to cancel the order? Seriously!! How can you'll be that unprofessional. Me and Brother really use to like Giftoo, But no more after the current experience.
Experience was going good, Suddenly I start dealing with some new people on the Helpline, Got super frustrated with their support. You talk something else they reply something else..Above all they also don't provide contacts for their senior management and will keep shuffling you in a bottle of confusion and arruguements. The only super support i got is from a lady named as Madiha, Rest were super Non-Supportive. The most super horrible thing is, Suddenly someone will support you on the order and if that Staff has a chat with the previous helpline guy who said No, Even this person will change his statements from yes to no. Super super frustrated with them. They will keep you shuffling in a bottle back and forth and you will end up forcing yourself to cancel the order. And that also they will promise refund in 7 days.. It's more than 11 days.. I have not received anything.. Sorry, For me Giftoo is a Red Flag from now on. They use to be my super Platform once upon a time. But now, Apologies.. No more Giftoo pls. Really sorry for writting this.
