Flower bouquet came in a deteriorated condition. Water is dripping out from box and it was a disappointing experience. Feedback provided to the staff.

Hi Mr Tan, flower is delivered with prefect conditions, we using car driver to delivery your flowers, the bouquet we sent to u with very nice paper bag, just the over flow water drip out slightly, not even damage the paper bag, by the way thanks for your feedback, good day.

First time ordering a wreath from this shop & am very happy with the experience. Staff Yvonne was very helpful and understanding. She fulfilled my request to have more pink flowers and pink wrapping. She even added pink roses to the wreath. Delivery to the venue was efficient. Wreath was delivered 1 hour ahead of estimated delivery time. A Big Thank You to Yvonne & Team for a positive experience.
