☺ The Breakfast is top of the line, but the breakfast area is so noisy that you can hardly hear your self. A very big minus enjoying the very nice breakfast buffet. Pool area is fine and room is good, but just rather normal.
☹ This is a five star hotel. But in my opinion it should not have 5 stars. When we arrived we got a terrible room location. Far, far from the pictures GF Victoria uses on Booking to lure in customers. We asked for an other room and go another after 2 hours wait. We bought sea view - but got no sea view. We bought large double bed but got two beads. We bought with terrace but the sun never shined on the terrace during the day. So overall the price we paid was way, way above what we should have paid. The hotel did not offer any discount because of this. This hotel is good for people with children but not couples without children.

☺ Kids' room is great for parents to have spare time. The location is perfect, the rooms are big and have everything you'd need including staff. The breakfast is huge and also there is another kids' room so parents can eat while kids are playing.

☺Viesnīca ir ļoti plaša un ērta,īpaši patiks ģimenei ar maziem bērniem,jo ir gan akvaparks,gan baseins īpaši piemērots bērniem. No rīta bērniem ir brokastu bufete,vēlāk mini klubs…
Apkalpojošais personāls ļoti pieklājīgs un izpalīdzīgs. Palīdzēja arī samainīt istabiņu,jo numuri pie baseina ir diezgan tumši.Ja gribas,lai visu dienu spīd saule un ir kluss,tad jālūdz ar skatu uz strūklakām.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in. Not cheap but worth the money. Proper 5 star.
☺ Extremely clean hotel. Location is perfect between both of the beach areas. Food was excellent. Breakfast buffet had everything you could want including the best selection of fruit and smoothies I’ve seen. Evening buffet was very high standard and service exceptional. Had lunch delivered to sun lounger several times and again the quality of the food and service was outstanding. Rooms are immaculate and enormous compared to most hotels. It really is like a suite with a separate lounge and huge balcony. Facilities in the room second to none.
☹ Not so much a dislike but some people may not like signing for drinks etc, as the bill can build up over a week.

☺pas grand chose
☹Lamentable - En arrivant, problème car mon fils a 13 ans (depuis 1 mois) alors que la chambre est prévue pour 3 adultes + 1 enfant de 12 ans . Aucune solution envisagée excepté nous proposer une 2 ème chambre. L’hôtel nous a laissé repartir sans solution, ni hébergement avec nos 2 enfants. Pitoyable. Je déconseille fortement.
