Lovely stay
☺ Facilities were great - many pools, spa, mini golf, lots of places around to eat and shop, very clean and spacious rooms.
☹ Staff were not as friendly as expected, no indoor pools, food was ample but lacked flavour, was charged more at the spa than price list ( extra for an exfoliating scrub that comes standard with an spa pedicure)! Lifts were a nightmare to get to facilities

☺Lo mejor es el personal que es muy amable así como sus instalaciones que son muy completas. La comida también estaba muy bien y variada. La habitación no era tan espaciosa como la de la primera vez que fuimos en la que además pagamos menos que en esta ocasión.
☹La oferta del miniclub era limitada a ciertas horas y he estado en otros hoteles de menos categoría con más oferta en este sentido. Las actuaciones durante la noche eran un poco tristes ya que había poco ambiente y eso que supuestamente el hotel estaba prácticamente lleno.

Brīnišķīga atrašanās vieta, personāls, tīrs, ļoti kluss, ļoti padomāts par bērniem.
☺Gan brokastis, gan atrašanās vieta izcila. Nav trokšņaina, patiks tiem, kuri novērtē sakoptību un mieru.
☹Pie pieaugušo baseina vajadzīga mūzika. Skaļruņi ir, mūzika nav. Vakara priekšnesumi un animācija varēja būt labāka.

☺ All the staff were so friendly.
Rooms were gorgeous, breakfast was amazing and there was an adults only section to sit outside.
You could always get a sunbed at the pool.
Location of hotel was also great.

☺ Great activities for adults and kids ,lovely pools 2 bathrooms in the room is ideal, all 5 star amenities expected in the room as it should be. Evening kids club is great to enjoy adults a drink at the skybar which was great loved the glass pool ! Definitely a place to go back to.
☹ Milk was out of date in the room for the coffee from nearly 1month. No good as most people won't pay attention to that. Rest no comment all was perfect.

☺Готель знаходиться у зручному та престижному районі південної частини острова. Дуже близько до набережної та чудового пляжу Ель Дюке. Дуже смачні сніданки, вечеря взагалі рівня Мішлен. Можу сміливо рекомендувати даний готель для людей які цінують комфорт та якість за розумні гроші.
