Moving with bellhop was a breeze! They made sure all and larger items were securely wrapped before moving them into the truck. I most definitely will be using for any future moves here in Houston

The team boys did their job very nicely but the management team is pathetic they booked us for 10am but sent their team at 3.30 all of the fridge items were rotten. They wasted half of my day with no compensation I will never recommend them to anyone!

First time booking them and I must say they moved slowed . They didn’t get everything I needed moved ex. The crew took the mirror off my daughter’s dresser, didn't pack it in the truck and it, Rocking chairs and bikes were left. One of the guys didn’t pay attention to what was written on the top of the box ie “fragile” he stacked boxes on top of boxes labeled “glass/fragile”. None of the boxes were in the rooms they were supposed to be ..everything was labeled ie kitchen den etc. .furniture couldn’t be put together in the time I paid for because they moved so slowly. I booked 3 people to move a 2b 2b apartment in 4 hours in addition to myself and 2 other people helping.
On the flip side, they were friendly, punctual and professional. They started at 8 on the dot. Minor hiccups. I would still book them again, nobody is perfect .

I hired this company for a cross country move and they damaged a lot of my furniture and destroyed one piece beyond repair. Instead of being apologetic the movers kept asking if our furniture was from ikea because cheap furniture breaks easy (it's not, it's very nice pieces from Nebraska furniture mart) like it was excusable. Bellhop is now refusing to cover any wooden furniture due to them claiming it being flimsy. These are hardwood pieces and are not at all flimsy but were clearly mishandled by their team. I checked the contract and there is no mention of them not covering wood damage in the event of a claim. The claims team themselves have been a nightmare to work with and keep passing us off to new agents. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some heartache- DON'T use Bellhop for your move.
I had a great experience with this moving company in Houston! The team was professional, efficient, and very careful with my furniture and boxes. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and made sure everything was packed and unloaded safely. Super friendly guys and very fair pricing. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable movers in Houston!

Hired Bellhop to move a recliner, 3 pieces of furniture and two totes. We had to make significant arrangements to get my 83 with Alzheimer’s out of the home so she wouldn’t be further traumatized by the move into an assisted living facility. Move window was 2-3 - at 1:21 I get a text from the movers saying let’s try for 4:30. After trying to get the movers in the phone, some back and forth on text and again trying to get them in the phone, I get a message saying they’d let Bellhop know - whom never contacted me. We ended up getting a few pickup trucks to move ourselves while I waited for over 20 minutes on the phone with Bellhop Customer service to no avail; when I again called they transferred me for cancellations for which I was never able to speak to anyone; I submitted into their online inquiries form and have yet to receive a response over email or a call back. But they did swiftly charge my credit card. Stay away.

I recently used a moving company and had a great experience. The team was professional, efficient, and very careful with all my belongings. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and made sure everything was packed and transported safely. The movers were friendly, respectful, and made the whole process much less stressful. I am very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and hardworking movers. Thank you for making my move so smooth and easy.
