I would never recommend this company. They significantly under estimated the billing and moving times. My bill went from an estimated $1600 to over $4000. The packers were TERRIBLE. They put live potted planted in boxes, dirt spilled everywhere. They didnt pack 3 of our rooms. The movers were equally terrible. They didnt move many items including garage, walk in attic, and outdoor. I had to hire a second company to come in and move what they forgot. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Do not be fooled by the cost estimate, it is not worth it and you end up paying just as much going with a better company.

We are truly sorry to hear that your move was not completed to your satisfaction. In cases where a move is incomplete, we typically recommend a follow-up move with a discounted price to address any remaining items. Had a terrible experience. They planned my move with two 26-foot trucks - they underloaded the 1st truck and sent it out. They then way overloaded the 2nd truck and still ended up leaving items behind. The items that did make it on the 2nd truck were severly damaged. My king size bed was totally destroyed. They ran out of moving blankets and loaded items without protection. Very unprofessional. I have moved over 11 times. Bellhop rates as one of my worst. My stuff is badly damaged and I am having to pay a proper professional moving company to pick up the items that Bellhop left behind.

Had a pretty great experience. First time having a moving company move us so it felt great to work with professionals. They made the whole process very comfortable. They were careful with all our wood furniture, all of which is hand made locally. Only casualty was a small mirror. Overall a great experience! Alex, Robinson, and Ronald killed it

The most terrible experience of movers . We shifted from Houston, Texas to Boston, Massachusetts. It took more than a month for all our goods to reach. The driver who came to deliver was super rude. More than 30 % of our goods were missing. He also broke our bed while fixing it. The losses would be atleast around $ 2800. After reaching out to customer care and speaking with the manager ( submitting all the evidences and pics of damage ) we finally managed to get a refund of $ 300 as a compensation of all the losses. Please ensure that no one chooses this movers

I am currently experiencing the worst moving experience i have ever encountered by a “professional” company. I have been delayed and now rescheduled for reasons unknown! I made the reservation 3 MONTHS in advance including balance fully paid WITHOUT having services rendered. I am missing a days worth of work most likely two at this rate. I cannot get through the basics of my day since everything is packed and ready to go. My move is now going to enter into the early evening and I have to go to work tomorrow. The $37 compensation is utterly laughable and disrespectful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I literally just got an email 30 minutes ago aroubd 6:30p that my move for tomorrow morning has been canceled with no explanation. I scheduled this 5 days ago and they've already charged my credit card in FULL! Yes, they charge you before the move! I'm supposed to move in less than 12 hours and I have NO movers. I found this company on Thumbtack and it's funny I'm now seeing the reviews on there are old. I should have read them on here.

DO NOT USE BELLHOP. Driver billed time for reporting earlier than the rest of the movers. Driver fee was not communicated. Movers were using drugs while working. Did not have furniture blankets. Did not have moving equipment. Movers contacted personal cell phone at 11 PM days after move. Moving truck leaked almost 2 gallons of hydraulic oil on driveway, made no attempt to clean.

I moved from Houston, TX to Columbus, OH. During the move, the movers did not communicate and completed shattered my marble dining room table. Apparently, one of the movers had unscrewed the base from the top and didn't tell the rest of his team. One of the other team members bumped into it, shattering it all over my floors in my house. This table was almost $1700 and only a year old. They also didn't removed the chunks of marble that they shattered and just left it in my house. I had to find someone on my own to move this out of my house. I reported everything to Bellhop and they are only offering me $141 for my table that cost me almost $1700. This was complete negligence on their part and disrespectful to offer only $141 for shattering my dining table. I had told the team countless times that it's my favorite piece in my home and I made design choices around the table and was the one thing they managed to completely destroy while it was still in my house. It never even made it to the truck. The Bellhop team said they go by weight and is why the offer is so low. This should not apply to items that are completely mishandled and the cost to replace the item is significantly higher than their weight system. I am in the process of filing in small claims court in order to recover my funds. I would stay far away from this company.

Roberto and Andrew arrived on time and immediately started working! They were professional and communicated with me about everything. Ran into a problem with my couch not fitting because I got a smaller Uhaul truck but they tried his best to make everything fit. 10/10 and I will book another move with this company because this experience was amazing!

I knew I should’ve dealt with this company! Schedule move is for tomorrow the. I get a random text saying they changed my move to 9/27 at 2:00pm!!! I’m beyond pissed
