This team was awesome! I have a lot of really heavy furniture and they did their best to move everything quickly and without damage. I will definitely recommend this company in the future and use their services with my next move. But more importantly, I want the same team! Dylan Everingham and his assistant Jason were absolutely fantastic! They were extremely responsive and even came to the job early. The estimate I was given was 4 hrs. I moved from a small one-bedroom 1000 sq. ft. 2nd floor apartment to a 2-bedroom one-story home. There was an extra mover, a trainee, but it still took well over 5 hours to move my things. It seemed they deliberately dragged along in order to not finish within the 4-hour time frame. They also did not assemble my bed. In addition, my china cabinet was damaged. They didn't tell me of the damage at the time. The cabinet is over 6 ft tall and I didn't notice the damage until after it was too late to file a claim. It isn't significant damage but it does mar the appearance of the cabinet. I will not use this company again.

To facilitate this, we require that damages be reported to HQ within 5 business days of the move, allowing us to assess how and when the damages occurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept your damage claim since it was submitted beyond this timeframe. Regarding the duration of your move, our records indicate that it was estimated for 4 hours but extended to about 4 and a half hours, rather than over 5 hours. Our estimates are based on historical data from similar moves in terms of inventory and address distance. While we strive for accuracy, we understand that this may not always align perfectly with individual circumstances. We operate with estimates, not fixed quotes, and while we make no guarantees regarding move duration, we acknowledge that various factors can impact this on move-day and apologize for any discrepancy. I had a horrible experience using Bellhop for my recent move. This company seems to hire anyone off the street with no proper training. The movers showed up late, and the entire time they were here, they were fighting with each other, including using curse words and making death threats. They didn't use any shoe protection, which resulted in them ruining my brand new carpet and damaging the walls. I strongly advise against using Bellhop as a moving company.

I would never recommend this company. They significantly under estimated the billing and moving times. My bill went from an estimated $1600 to over $4000. The packers were TERRIBLE. They put live potted planted in boxes, dirt spilled everywhere. They didnt pack 3 of our rooms. The movers were equally terrible. They didnt move many items including garage, walk in attic, and outdoor. I had to hire a second company to come in and move what they forgot. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Do not be fooled by the cost estimate, it is not worth it and you end up paying just as much going with a better company.

They then way overloaded the 2nd truck and still ended up leaving items behind. The items that did make it on the 2nd truck were severly damaged. My king size bed was totally destroyed. They ran out of moving blankets and loaded items without protection. Very unprofessional. I have moved over 11 times. Bellhop rates as one of my worst. My stuff is badly damaged and I am having to pay a proper professional moving company to pick up the items that Bellhop left behind.

Had a pretty great experience. First time having a moving company move us so it felt great to work with professionals. They made the whole process very comfortable. They were careful with all our wood furniture, all of which is hand made locally. Only casualty was a small mirror. Overall a great experience! Alex, Robinson, and Ronald killed it

The most terrible experience of movers . We shifted from Houston, Texas to Boston, Massachusetts. It took more than a month for all our goods to reach. The driver who came to deliver was super rude. More than 30 % of our goods were missing. He also broke our bed while fixing it. The losses would be atleast around $ 2800. After reaching out to customer care and speaking with the manager ( submitting all the evidences and pics of damage ) we finally managed to get a refund of $ 300 as a compensation of all the losses. Please ensure that no one chooses this movers

I am currently experiencing the worst moving experience i have ever encountered by a “professional” company. I have been delayed and now rescheduled for reasons unknown! I made the reservation 3 MONTHS in advance including balance fully paid WITHOUT having services rendered. I am missing a days worth of work most likely two at this rate. I cannot get through the basics of my day since everything is packed and ready to go. My move is now going to enter into the early evening and I have to go to work tomorrow. The $37 compensation is utterly laughable and disrespectful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I literally just got an email 30 minutes ago aroubd 6:30p that my move for tomorrow morning has been canceled with no explanation. I scheduled this 5 days ago and they've already charged my credit card in FULL! Yes, they charge you before the move! I'm supposed to move in less than 12 hours and I have NO movers. I found this company on Thumbtack and it's funny I'm now seeing the reviews on there are old. I should have read them on here.
