I would highly recommend Gerber Collision in Greenwood. We used them first for an accident one of our cars was in and had excellent results.
We later had hail damage on all 4 of our vehicles and chose to use Gerber for the repairs. Again Kat and the entire team at Gerber did great work and got all repairs done in a timely fashion.

Highly recommend! We were honestly shocked that this unexpected repair was little hassle! Gerber was quick to get us in for an estimate and let us know ahead of time about the delay in scheduling and I can understand why! I have worked for 2 other body shops years ago and Gerber blows them away! The truck looks just as new as the day we purchased it! ZERO issues! There are obviously highly talented technicians employeed at this location! Josh gave timely updates and his professionalism was greatly appreciated! We are hoping to not be return customers, but if we have to, we know where to go! Thank you!

At a door repaired here after an accident about a year or so ago. They were very professional easy to work with at that time. The handle broke off that door and I brought it into the shop. They fixed the handle without any questions while I waited. They were extremely nice and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. Hopefully I won't Have to, but if the need arises I will have no reservations about going back there.

I decided not to use Gerber because of the demeanor of the receptionist over the phone. I had an appointment scheduled and received a text saying that the appointment was canceled. When I called to find out what was going on, she said she had to change the type of appointment and that I still had an appointment at 11 am. I made a suggestion that she should call when that happens in the future, and her response was that she didn't know that a text had gone out. I also had received conflicting information in two different emails regarding the time of the appointment, and her response was that I needed to "take that up with Allstate." Because this left a bad taste in my mouth, and I don't need to be worried about whether it will be difficult to work with them, I decided to use a different approved repair service.

They not only kept me up on the progress, but they tolerated my initial rudeness, called & explained WHY it would take the time it took, finished AHEAD of schedule & my car looks like I just drove it off the Chevy dealership lot! I used this place in the past and liked them! Went in today and was not greeted and thought the overall tone was not welcoming. I explained why I was here( to drop off my car) Secretary Jill was very condescending and not polite. She told me your car is driveable… When I was telling her I was there to get the body repaired. There was definitely some miscommunication on both ends; when Gerber originally called and made the appointment, they never said it was just to do an estimate and I would have to schedule another drop off time…. I just didn’t like the overall vibe. The estimator acted as if I was bothering him. I am supposed to have my car repaired here?!?!? I am not sure I will use them in the future.
UPDATE: Ryan the manager reached out to me yesterday, and was so kind, and I really appreciated the fact that he took the time to listen to me and apologize, and just make things right!

Just picked up my car from Gerber Collision and Glass in Greenwood IN. I'm completely amazed how they matched the new paint to the old. They were a great place to deal with for the repairs of my car which was wrecked in June. They communicated well with the process of the work, and finished when they said they would.
