My son’s truck was taken here after an accident back in May. He was hit on the drivers front end. They had to replace the tire but we think somethings were missed. We just had the struts changed only to find the spring completely broken. We believe it was from the accident and was missed. Today during the snow storm he went to use his 4x4 and it doesn’t work. Worked fine the end of winter but now it doesn’t. First time it has been used since the accident, we are wondering if this is other damage that was not caught upon repair!

POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE. Had my truck repaired here and upon getting it back it has an obvious sway in the rear end and the traction/ abs lights would come on and cause eratic handling. It has been back 2 times, the first visit they said it was a front wheel hub assembly. (Odd that would make the rear end sway). Still didn't fix it. Second time they claimed it was a rear wheel speed sensor then said the rear springs were a different stiffness. They only replaced the drivers side during the original repair and refused to replace the passenger side upon the second diagnosis. This has caused what one can describe as unsettling handling at highway speed. If this company couldn't repair my truck then they shouldn't have taken insurance money. I would think twice before taking any vehicle here to get repaired. At over 700 locations they seem to be more of the walmart of collision repair. I can't in good conscience recommend this company. *Edited point*. Just received a phone call from Ryan at this location asking me to change my review as they didn't perform the repair at that specific location. My issue is they are the location that took my truck, and delivered my truck, along with both attempted fixes on it. He was my point of contact, he's the one that denied further repair. Calling and asking to remove a negative review is unbelievably unprofessional.

Dealerships recommended them but they seem disinterested in work. Called them on a hood scratch at BMW’s recommendation. Their response on the phone, “we don’t work on BMW they’re too complex”. A hood scratch that requires no sensor reprogramming, ADAS calibration, etc is too complex? Yikes. A few years ago I had someone back into my previous car and “it would be a month before we can look at it”. Another dealer recommended them also. Don’t know what all of the hype is about when they show you they don’t want any work. Answering their reply: No, there is no work order. I called in about bringing in a car to look at. The dealer is even paying for the repair. The person on the phone heard, "BMW" and threw the wall of resistance up that they didn't want to be bothered with it. I even emailed over the payment instructions the dealer sent a week before but never heard a word from your company. So I called in. Whoever you have watching emails doesn't reply and whoever answers phones doesn't want to be bothered. It is what it is. You showed you didn't care.

Can't really say yet still waiting for my car to be finished. But everyone we talked to there to get repairs done were very curtious. I'll report more when car is completed. One more thing called rental car place to have you picked up when dropping off yor car.

Been using this location for 30 years. Long before the Gerber brand bought it. Tried working with them today but their"rules" were to inflexible for a working person to be accommodated. No more customer service. Just go somewhere else. They need to learn no matter how nice you say "my way or the highway" to a customer it is still rude. Go to Walter's very friendly AND professional AND willing to work with your life events.

Brandi has been absolutely amazing, I had a collision and was so nervous about when I would get it back as I missed my GMC, she has done a wonderful job at keeping me updated daily with every step of the way , and Coco is always such a pleasure to talk with this whole team is absolutely amazing! I have had two repairs done by Gerber Collision. Recently repair to my GENESIS rear bumper replacement and damage to tail light area damage. They did an excellent job and did complete ahead of schedule. Paint and damage repair looks great. I did have repair on my previous CT5 Cadillac and was also done with excellence. I would recommend in Greenwood to anyone! Thank you Gerber.

I was recently in an accident and had my vehicle taken here for repairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept me up to date during the whole process and everything was done in a timely manner. They even helped get an issue taken care of that insurance was not initially willing to cover. My car looks and runs better than before the accident. They had my back and I will be using their services again (though I hope I won't need to).

Took my car in for an insurance claim. They had my car for over 3 weeks. When I got my car back it wasn't properly repaired. My radiator (a/c condenser) was damaged along with the grill, point of impact into radiator. They didn't touch the damaged part, radiator!! They replaced the bumper and grill, supposedly, and the bumper keeps popping off and the grill is still cracked!! There is a 100% guarantee on their repairs and they will be fixing the issues with the bumper and grill (not this location though) but for them not to see that the radiator was damaged while they had the whole front end off my vehicle is beyond me!! I give them a 1 star for the negligent work that was done!!!

Easily the worst body shop I have ever been to. The work was beyond subpar and the customer service was hostile to put it mildly. I cannot believe the Boyd Group allows this place to operate the way they do. We literally had to file a police report because the shop manager intentionally caused damage to our vehicle when we weren’t satisfied with the work. Apparently he thought we had left and took his anger out on our car without knowing he was being watched. His boss’s excuse for this was that he is having problems at home. If I could give them a negative amount of stars I would.

Girlfriend brought the car in to replace fender liner. They quoted her about $1000 and included tons of unnecessary parts and labor (brand new bumper, spoiler, splash gaurd and engine shield). Bought the part for $35 online (they listed it on quote as costing $80 or so) and just finished installation. Saved $900 by avoiding these guys, if you're reading this, you can too.
