The ordering process of my Lenovo Ideapad Duet 3 online was effortless however receiving the ideapad purchased was somewhat troublesome. Arrangements were made to receive it yet those arrangements were not followed through. Fortunately, Kevin the Director assisted in having the ideapad delivered on the first working day afterwards. My only issue is now... the warranty of the ideapad. On the website it says it comes with a one year warranty yet once I had my ideapad up and running and checked the warranty on Lenovos website with my serial number it says it is already a month out of warranty. I emailed them on Tuesday to find out what is the warranty and confirm that I have a one year warranty yet I have not heard back.

Top Shelve Service. I ordered an EcoFlow device with the manufacturer and they gave me the run around for 8 weeks. I got hold of Gear Here team and had the device delivered 2 hours of ordering. 8 weeks compared to 2 hours. Spectacular!!!!!!

Not as organized as they profess to be. Had to send 2 emails, proof of payment twice and a phone call before the order placed on the 3 May 2023 was even activated by the 11 May 2023. One would expect a little more "hands-on" attention for a on-line offering. Unlikely to use them again, sorry.

The first proof of payment you sent did not come through, nor did your funds reflect in our bank account hence we requested for you to resend the proof of payment. Your order was placed on the 3rd of May, but your payment only reflected in our bank account the 5th of May. We do not process orders when the money does not reflect in our bank account and this caused the delay. Once again we apologize if this caused any inconvenience.

**EDIT: 14 months later, I've placed multiple orders, others I've recommended to Gear Hear are pleased.. this place is still sweeping clean like a new broom. recently purchased a 750w PSU for a 3rd party and everything went great. Ordering, payment, Delivery. Hardest part was not ordering a 2nd unit for myself. I found GereHere back in Feb 2022 when looking for an upgrade kit to bring my spec back to modern gaming standards. The service received was so customer satisfaction focused I can say after making multiple orders and referring further people to them that the company sells service first and supplying goods is just how they do it. Pre-sales service - excellent After sales service - excellent Shipping and delivery - excellent RMA warranty support - excellent

If I could give 0 I would. Probably the worst customer service I have recieved after shelling out R12 000 on a product. From the get go the experience was bad. Bought a EcoFlow River Pro. Paid for express delivery. After a few days I had to email to here where my delivery was only to find out their is a stock issue. No email to say we sorry we have a stock issue. If I didn't email 4 days later I would still be waiting. Gear Here blamed EcoFlow. Eventually after a long drawn out email battle I got a refund for my express delivery and the machine eventually came. Fast forward 3 months. EcoFlow battery has an overload error and needs to be sent in for repairs. So I'm super annoyed but they send a courier to pick it up and assured me that it takes 10 working days to assess. It's been almost a month and have heard nothing. Not even sure where my machine is and what the issue is. But was told by customer service that they have many clients that they are tending too and that's why they can't communicate promptly and basically I should have patience. Got hold of EcoFlow SA and they have said they are going to try and help me. Thank goodness their customer service rocks
