Sunny and team worked on my Turbo failure, Dpf clean & engine job. Sunny explained me the whole job after they diagnose the failure that what are they going to do, helped me with warranty process. Highly recommended these guys don’t rush when your truck is in the shop. I would like to thank Sunny for explaining everything. It’s not like other shops that they will tell you something and do something else. Truck sound way better now.

The thing is that now you need to behave professionally. Hopefully you will with others now and will not use abusive language. I’m not talking about your service. It’s the way you behave with people. Good luck . Either I purchased from someone. I ask him first to have the bill fix for me but you refuse him and then he told me to call at my self to see if you can fix but over the phone your behaviour force me to write honest review on google. And hey I haven’t talk anything to do illegal. If fixing and correcting vin number on the bill is illegal then I can’t say anything more. Have a good day .

Hi Sukhdeep, First we could not find your records in our company database so we believe you must have purchased this truck from someone. Secondly, we are an authorized Cummins dealer and have been in business since the year 1973.You need to understand we are a reputed company and cannot commit fraud by fraudulently, changing the year of manufacturing written on the Truck. We are a honest and a transparent company, which would never do things that are nor legally and morally right.For the vin issue we checked invoice is two years old how can we change and re do invoice after two years it was one digit not the whole vin any one knows mistake can happen but don't wait two years to fix we tried explain many times but I think you don't like to understand legal issues truck manufacture in 2016 we write 2016 good luck atleast our workmanship has no issue .

I Just wanted to give Gb Truck and diesel monster Koodos!Sometime back we had ISX Rebuilt at Gb truck and diesel and came to know about them
internet and found the profolio to be to impressive,We are at first quite leary to deal with them ,but they assured us that G.B truck is a right place to
their equipment.Their service department was quite hands on and kept us informed about the working on our truck.
When we picked our truck it ran perfectly ,with Dyno done and properly tuned.we sent it to fort St John BC.
However,after some time ,the brand new Cummins genuine oil pump that their service team insisted on installing gave away and engine was now a garbage.I called their management team and they were
quite cooperative and told us to tow it back.
Although it did cost us a pretty penny to get this unit from FSJ to Edmonton,it was worth every cent.
Their Service department tore down the engine and found faulty oil pump to be the culprit.After Much communication between Cummins and GB truck and diesel,Cummins agreed to them and we were given a
brand new Cummins isx engine.only because the faulty oil pump was a genuine Cummins oil pump and we had got our previous work done at G.B truck ,which are an authorised Cummins dealer,so their work was covered under the warranty.
It was really a great experience working with GB Truck and diesel and from here onwards all our units would be going to them.

My husband has dealt with this company and the customer service is HORRIBLE! The manager - Sunny - is rude, arrogant and tries to add on extra fees in the final bill and just becomes belligerent when questioned. Very shady business practices here. Don't waste your time or money with Sunny. There are far better companies out there!
My trucks Cummins x15 engine was recently overhauled at GB truck & diesel and I am extremely happy with service. I specially went from Vancouver to GB truck and I am not disappointed. Engine sounds so sweet , noticed difference in performance running so smooth much cooler than the stock engine. In my 12 years in business never saw honest and reliable guy like Sunny. I have sent multiple trucks to G.B. to have engine work done. From Engine replacements, retrofits, inframes, and structure repairs Sonny and his team can do it all. the bills are ALWAYS 20-30% less than the dealers and done in half the time. I would recommend G.B. to anyone that wants quality repairs with genuine parts. The hours are always fair and the warranty is honored. I will continue to send our trucks to Sonny as long as his doors stay open.
Getting recent repairs done at G.B. Diesel Edmonton has been a “breath of fresh air”. Sonny always answers his phone and goes out of his way to accommodate.
Even when he knows the truck might not come he’s helped a lot to diagnose problems over the phone.
Would definitely refer or recommend G.B. Diesel.
