I stumbled upon Gap View Homestead as I have been looking to buy some healthy food to promote my gut health and overall wellness. I am a huge fan of sauerkraut and I went a head and purchased a couple of jars. All I can say is wow..you can tell this is fresh off the farm from the taste. Nice and crunchy and not over salted.
The packaging was excellent and they wait a proper amount of time to ensure delivery in the freshest way.
Will definitely be ordering more soon and will try some more options.

Didn't realize I was ordering this thru Amazon. I thought I bought it directly from the family owned business. I do give it 5 stars for taste. It's delicious. Even though I eat 5 tbI spoons per day, I will have to continue it for another 4 wks before I decided whether or not it aids in my digestion, a problem I've had all my life and is weak at best. Just ordered another jar as I am about out.

The Gap View Homestead Raw Sauerkraut has proven to be a bit of a mixed bag. I experienced inconsistency in the product quality - one order was quite dry while another was overly salty, which is not what I expect from a handmade, farm-produced sauerkraut.My latest order raised concerns about their shipping process. I was promptly notified that my product had shipped on April 27th, but it appears it never made it to USPS. I tried reaching out to the seller, but it took several days for them to return my call. Amazon was helpful and issued a refund due to the shipping issue.When I finally spoke to the seller, their response lacked the clarity and reassurance I was hoping for. The issue was brushed aside without a proper explanation or any form of apology. I was left feeling somewhat frustrated and disappointed with the customer service experience.Overall, my experiences with this product and the seller have left me questioning its value and trustworthiness. I believe it may be best for me to explore other sauerkraut options. I'm sure there are more reliable and consistent brands out there that also value their customers' feedback and satisfaction.

Delicious and Beneficial
This is a delicious way to get beneficial bacteria. I will continue to purchase this sauerkraut to improve the microbiomes in my gut. I also use the juice as a mouthwash to get rid of the bad bacteria and replace with the good. I love that this is a small farm product as I came from a small farm. I will be trying the carrots and ginger next and then explore more good stuff that they have. Highly recommend!
