Verified Company
So I have been visiting VGX since it was owned by Dan. It has always been a great experience to go and see new and used titles constantly restocked, but mostly, I loved that Dan knew me and always greeted me when I entered. But since the new ownership it has only begun to spin backwards. I hate to give less than ideal feedback for a local business, but the reason I am is as follows. A) I bought my fiance a used and "refurbished" PS3 for Xmas, but it was anything but. I spent 275 dollars on the system and it still had all the prior owners credentials left installed. Then immediately after it had trouble reading and playing disks of any kind, and now 5 months later doesn't play or read ANY discs whatsoever. B) a completely seperate transaction from the first. I bought a new PS3 controller for myself that was an off brand USB controller as well as a copy of Fallout 3 for my fiance. It was said to be checked and ready to go and that it would work with any system. Once I got it home it didn't play at at all. It rattled like crazy and wouldn't mate what so ever. I brought it back a few days later and the associate acted like I was lying or that I had no idea whatsoever to get it to work with the system. And then when he went to return the amount of the 16.95 for the controller, he instead he refunded me 12.95 for the Fallout title. I would have requested the full amount be returned, except that I was already feeling very discriminated against for "having no idea how to mate a USB controller".
Idc what people say about video game exchange. I have always had great service there every time I go there they always brighten my day. Wayde and Amber are the two nicest people you could ever meet. I alway and only shop for games consoles anything I need they make sure they have it or can get it. Thank you guys so much for everyrhing you guys do. Your hard work is always appreciated.
Probably the best place around for any type gaming. The workers in there are truly dedicated and actually know what they are doing. They know how to fix any gaming console or anything that has to do with gaming. Insanely great prices and never cheat you like the ass hats at Gamestop. My gf and I travel all the way from tylersburg to pick up cool games from the most modern to child hood classics and they always have them. They had Pokémon Red we didn't have the money held it for us boom we got it yesterday. Keep up the business we hope you guys open a shop in clarion!!! Much love and support from Jesse and Becca!!!
