Ordered a customised espresso cup as a gift. Very friendly team, accommodating to all my requests, fast turn around for completely custom order and prompt communication throughout too. Safe to say I am absolutely over the moon with my order, it has far exceeded my expectations and I cannot wait to give it to the person it was bought for. So personal!

Thea is amazing, talented and her works are great. I have been purchasing multiple items over years.
Giving 4 stars because - Initially, it was only Thea working and at certain point, this person called Dee starting replying emails. Dee is really aggressive and unpleasant, making me feel uncomfortable.

At very short notice, Thea produced two beautifully designed, hand-painted plates for a friend’s forthcoming wedding ceremonies and ensured they would arrive in time for the first event.
I could not be more delighted, not only with the stunning plates themselves, but also with the high level of service I received. At all times, my requests were met with helpfulness and courtesy. Thanks Thea! Look forward to visiting your gallery again one day...
