Apartamento de los espejos. Viaje en familia. Apartamento muy cómodo y muchos detalles. Cama y sofá cama muy confortables. El dueño muy atento en todo momento. Bien situado cerca de la Estación Central y del Centro con tientas y restaurantes alrededor. Muy bien conectado.

☹Leiligheten ligger i et trist stort bygg. Området er ikke spesielt hyggelig. Det var harde madrasser. Mye gatestøy gjennom vinduene. Innredningen var upersonlig og lite koselig.

We are sorry that you did not find the building and the area to your liking and that you found the mattresses uncomfortable. Regarding the furniture, we respectfully disagree with your observation. The pieces are made by an Italian craftsman, handcrafted with great attention to detail, and the décor was carefully chosen to create an elegant and functional environment.
As for the noise, we are considering possible solutions to improve the soundproofing of the windows.

☺ Great location. Nice big clean apartment. Comfy bed. Tommasso was very helpful and kind while communicating via watsapp.
☹ Nothing much reallt just little thing like the coffee capsules that dont fit the nespresso machine. Really minor details.

☺Vicino alla Stazione centrale, alla metropolitana e ben servito dai taxi. A pochi minuti a piedi da un supermarket (piuttosto caro). Aria condizionata sufficiente, schermo TV grande sia nella stanza da letto che nel salone, dove è addirittura gigantesco. La stanza da letto è accogliente, luminosa, con vista piacevole su corso buenos aires. La casa è domotica, apertura del portone del condominio, dell'appartamento, controllo delle luci, tutto via app., ma occhio ai malfunzionamenti.
☹Abbiamo trovato della polvere accumulata sotto il divano e delle medicine nella cassaforte, segno che la pulizia (che si paga profumatamente) non è del tutto accurata. La dotazione di accoglienza era costituita da due bottigliette di acqua da 500 ml e qualche cialda per il caffè (poche in realtà, ce ne sono molte ma non sono adatte alla macchina del caffè). Non abbiamo trovato neppure un rotolo di scottex, né tovaglioli di carta, niente sale e olio (solo qualche bustina di aceto balsamico), quindi se pensate anche di farvi un piatto di pasta dovete provvedere per vostro contro. Pochi piatti e un po' nascosti. Il salone è piuttosto buio. L'app ha avuto un malfunzionamento e siamo rimasti sul pianerottolo per una decina di minuti quando poi ha ripreso autonomamente a funzionare. Chiedete immediatamente al proprietario (cortese e disponibile anche via whatsapp) il codice di ingresso. Avere un piano B è fondamentale, perché se vi si scarica il cellulare mentre siete fuori casa sono guai seri. Croce e delizia della tecnologia.

Ci dispiace molto che lei abbia riscontrato un problema con l'applicazione; purtroppo, la tecnologia può avere dei black out, nonostante sia la maggior parte delle volte una delizia... stiamo facendo e faremo sempre del nostro meglio per migliorare questa situazione.

Our attention to detail and in the sanctification of the environments is carried out in a scrupulous and optimal way by our cleaning service staff, which is ordinarily carried out with the utmost dedication.
Unfortunately it can happen that during the stay you can accidentally dirty some things.
In your case, the bed quilt that at the time of check-in had been delivered sanitised and clean, and having found no request from the extra cleaning service, we were not able to help you promptly.
Our structure, not being a hotel, is not provided for cleaning every morning, if not on request and for a fee.

☹لا يوجد عوازل للضوء على الشبابيك مما يسبب ازعاج عند النوم خصوصا وأن غرفة النوم تطل مباشرة على شارع بيونيس آيرس المزدحم والحي طوال الوقت
