Si può fare di più e attenzione alla tecnologia. ☺Vicino alla Stazione centrale, alla metropolitana e ben servito dai taxi. A pochi minuti a piedi da un supermarket (piuttosto caro). Aria condizionata sufficiente, schermo TV grande sia nella stanza da letto che nel salone, dove è addirittura gigantesco. La stanza da letto è accogliente, luminosa, con vista piacevole su corso buenos aires. La casa è domotica, apertura del portone del condominio, dell'appartamento, controllo delle luci, tutto via app., ma occhio ai malfunzionamenti. ☹Abbiamo trovato della polvere accumulata sotto il divano e delle medicine nella cassaforte, segno che la pulizia (che si paga profumatamente) non è del tutto accurata. La dotazione di accoglienza era costituita da due bottigliette di acqua da 500 ml e qualche cialda per il caffè (poche in realtà, ce ne sono molte ma non sono adatte alla macchina del caffè). Non abbiamo trovato neppure un rotolo di scottex, né tovaglioli di carta, niente sale e olio (solo qualche bustina di aceto balsamico), quindi se pensate anche di farvi un piatto di pasta dovete provvedere per vostro contro. Pochi piatti e un po' nascosti. Il salone è piuttosto buio. L'app ha avuto un malfunzionamento e siamo rimasti sul pianerottolo per una decina di minuti quando poi ha ripreso autonomamente a funzionare. Chiedete immediatamente al proprietario (cortese e disponibile anche via whatsapp) il codice di ingresso. Avere un piano B è fondamentale, perché se vi si scarica il cellulare mentre siete fuori casa sono guai seri. Croce e delizia della tecnologia.

☺بالرغم من الوصول إلى الشقة وعدم توضيح طريقة الوصول وفتح بوابة المبنى والشقة إلا أنها كانت شقة راقية مؤثثة بالكامل وديكوراتها أنيقة ومريحة ☹لا يوجد عوازل للضوء على الشبابيك مما يسبب ازعاج عند النوم خصوصا وأن غرفة النوم تطل مباشرة على شارع بيونيس آيرس المزدحم والحي طوال الوقت

Bardzo udany pobyt, byliśmy zadowoleni z wyboru. ☺Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko dworca Milano Centrale, stacja metra przy samym wyjściu z budynku. Apartament o wysokim standardzie, zdecydowanie godny polecenia.

Cudowne miejsce do którego na pewno wrócę! ☺Przepiękny apartament, urządzony gustownie i bardzo wygodnie. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem i bardzo przemyślane. Ekspres i kapsułki do kawy, w lodówce woda i soczki, wszystkie sprzęty domowe, super parownica do prasowania, wejście przez aplikację, kontakt z administratorem bez problemu, ponieważ poprzedniej nocy nie było gości mogliśmy się zameldować już o 10,00. W okolicy sklepy i restauracje, stacja metra (czerwona linia) dosłownie przy wyjściu z budynku. Od tej pory będę nocować w Mediolanie tylko tam! ☹Wszystko super !

☺El apartamento precioso. Todo nuevo y con estilo. “Casa inteligente” que te permite controlar luces y persianas. ☹Había muchísimo ruido desde la calle.

Exceptional ☺ Very stylish designer apartment. Well equipped. Some features like heating and lighting are accessible through app on smart phone. Just everything was nice and clean, our family had a great time here. Definitely would like to come again. ☹ First to point out that we had a great time in the apartment. Communication could be improved. For every message in English (which is not my native language) I got a reply in Italian. I find it very strange and unprofessional when using native language in tourism business.
