We used the services of Fusion Sound and Light for a birthday party in a stretch tent in our garden last Saturday. They provided a video wall screen , music system and DJ which were fantastic. Everyone commented on how amazing it all looked and sounded. We were very happy with the services they provided. Tom and Amber were brilliant, and really seemed to understand the vibe we wanted and they delivered it! They listened to all our needs, and pulled out all the stops to achieve them. The DJ Miles was superb. I would highly recommend them. Very many thanks x

The quality of the gear was fine. The customer service much less so! I am a complete luddite and was told that the microphone and speakers set up was like child's play. It wasn't. The youtube videos sent to aid set-up were useless. But the most annoying bit was that the screen we rented was far too big for our party! I had told them how many we'd be. Ultimately we couldn't use the screen at all. Super irritating.

I flew from Germany to play a party for 120 guests and arranged hire of Pioneer Decks and Mixer plus speakers. This process was very easy from start to finish. Communication with Fusion was very difficult. They took an age to answer questions leading up to the event and then would not answer them clearly/fully. Then it was literally impossible to get hold of them on the day of the delivery. There are better companies out there who will treat their clients with more respect and cause less stress when trying to coordinate an event.
