Court judgment unpaid
Court judgment unpaid
On 23 October 2025, the County Court entered default judgment in my favour against FundYourFX (claim M12ZA598) for £9,242.35 (debt & interest of unpaid profits earned and requested back in July 2025 ). The court has notified the company.
As of 14.11.2025 no payment has been received. I have therefore initiated High Court enforcement (Writ of Control).
If/when the full balance is paid, I will update this review accordingly.

support@**********.com) and posted to your London address (128 City Rd, EC1V 2NX).
For transparency and clarity, I forwarded original 7-day payment notice, and County Court Judgment to the info@************.com
If you truly “have no record”, please email me directly or reply here nominating a solicitor/address for service and I will resend the order the same day.
Until paid in full, I have instructed High Court Enforcement to proceed.

Warning to Traders – One Month Payout Delay and Still No Money

This is a warning to all traders considering FundYourFX.
I requested my payout on October 16th, and today is November 17th — over one month later, I still have not received a single dollar.
On October 29th, they asked me to confirm my payout details, which I did immediately. Since then, nothing but the same copy-paste replies telling me to “wait for updates.” No progress, no transparency, no accountability.
For a trading firm, this is completely unacceptable. A trader should never be forced to wait an entire month — unable to trade — just because the company cannot process a simple $271 payout. This is not a delay anymore; it feels like stalling.
I will continue to update this review so others can see whether FundYourFX ever sends the payout.
Right now, based on my experience, I strongly advise traders to be extremely cautious.

Scam Exposed!
So I’ve been giving a lot of reviews here to warn people about this company.
Finally I had one of the employees reach out to me about what has been happening.
Now if you guys reply to this acting like you are confused I will provide the proof to trust index and I will also be uploading my expose on YouTube soon as I’ve gathered all the necessary information. Dipak the operations manager blocked me on telegram as well you better unblock to resolve this!!
Now this is the information I got from one of the employees who I will keep anonymous to protect them.
Apparently there is no 50% that this company takes its all a lie. They make
Money from the people who fail challenges that is why if you look at the 1 star reviews here people are complaining about not getting a payout and their accounts being breached unfairly!
Another thing is you are still trading with a simulated account even when funded!
Everything changed when Mr Snir Ahiel was fired as CEO.
He was an ex founder of 5%ers
When he was CEO everything was smooth and no one had issues with payout.
Now all Dipak does is scam people and also mistreat the employees as he gives them additional tasks that is outside the job description without any bonuses.
This is a huge joke if you go and check the recent payout certificates what you will see is that they have changed the name of the CEO to Mark Sinclair.
The inside information I got claims that there is no such CEO within the company. If you go and search on this Mark Sinclair you will find out that this is the name of VIN Diesel the actor 😂 just imagine how we are being taken for a ride here?
I will get to bottom of this until I am paid what belongs to me, I worked hard for that payout and you guys only paid me $1700 I still want the remaining of the my $3000 payout!
As you can see it has been months pending I know I’m not the only one.
I will not stop until I am paid and you stop
scamming people.
This prop firm is so unprofessional to the extent that Dipak Srivastava( Operations manager) denied a traders payout just because a trader had insulted the mother and sister in quest of getting his payout. That is very childish and unprofessional!
I don’t think he is aware of what this is building up and where it will lead this company to.
Pay the people you owe!!!!!

Fake FYFX firm.
Very bad experience with this prop firm from get an account to funded to payout stage. Every stages I am met with many issues.
I have Followed all Policies strictly and account to Dashboard rules.
Now i qualified for payout of 1240 USDT but they refused to process it. They will just keep dragging it out and the customer service support behavior very unofficial after requested for payout.
This Firm is 100% Scam and you can be sure, you are not getting your money back.
Beware from these firm. Not Recommended.

FAKE PROP FIRM. Deny payout.
Very bad experience with this prop firm from get an account to funded to payout stage. Every stages I am met with many issues. Now i qualified for payout but they refused to process it. They will just keep dragging it out and the customer service support will keep promising by friday.

Lack of Empaty
When I bought my first account with them on March 28, 2024, I was super hopeful. It was a new company, but it seemed promising. I had the feeling of a trader who believed he could change his financial life by cooperating with them. I bought my first instant account with the little money I had at the time. I tried hard and gave my best in trades from day one. I even forced myself to quickly learn how to operate on Ctrader (it was the company's platform at the time). The rule was that if I made a profit of around 8%, I would receive my first payment. I needed it, so I invested because I was capable. That morning, with multiple trades, I made profits: 100, 300, 500, and reached 705 USD! The orders were open in profit. To protect the profit, I closed the orders, returned to my daily work, and soon received an email: "You lost account 40****4." Of course, I freaked out! What do you mean? I was in profit! I went to the dashboard and immediately realized the reason. "You made more profit than you should have today!" You lost your right to the capital. A rule that wasn't explicit in the purchase, and no firm (until now) had a type of max daily profit, similar to a max daily drawdown, only the opposite.
I was extremely disappointed, so much so that I haven't worked with them again since. Not only was I punished for being profitable, I didn't even get a chance, a compensation. I made money for you, and I didn't even get the chance for a free reset with a warning.
The company isn't bad, but I expected better consideration for affiliate traders. That ruined my experience.

A very bad company. I would never recommend them to my friends. They closed my account for almost no reason. Frankly, they don’t have any rules. For your information, they closed my account and I wasn’t losing.
