Honestly, Hands down an amazing experience after getting through all the financial headaches (not due to frontier) And as annoying as I was; calling EVERYDAY wanting my truck; they kept their cool, laughed and joked and we all remained calm! Am now leaving frontier chrysler with the amazing help from Sheeba, Baljit & Jason! Trust me… no other sales team would of been able too keep ittheir cool with me! 10:10!

My recent experience with Frontier Chrysler was great. I've been searching for the right vehicle for some time now. I came across a beautiful 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. The price wasn't listed so I gave them call. This was my first interaction with Sheeba. The price I was given was lower to others comparable on the market with higher kilometres. We live a three hour drive from where this dealership is located. We made the trip to Smithers on Friday on may long weekend . When we arrived Sheeba greeted us promptly and had the vehicle out front and ready for a test drive. Which lead us to negotiations late on a Friday afternoon on a long weekend. We came to terms around 430pm shortly before closing the deal. Since the vehicle needed a few minor things done before we could take it home (windshield, summer tires put on and small lower bumper pieces put back into place that probably popped out from snow. We live in northern B.C so its expected ) Frontier offer's delivery in northwest B.C which was perfect for us. I work a 14/7 rotation so making a delivery would be complicated. Sheeba and Baljit effortlessly made it happen. Upon delivery I went to insure the vehicle which led me to my first minor issue. Small detail on the transfer papers was incorrect. So I made the call and it was handle promptly by the manager and I believe owner Jason. I had insurance within the hour. Second minor issue was the small plastic bumper pieces hand not been put back into place. While on the phone with Jason I expressed my concern about the small issue. He assured me that if I took it to the local body shop they would rectify the problem as they deal with them directly for parts and they could bill the dealership with no cost to me. ( haven't been able to confirm that as the shop was closed) will be going there on my days off. Im positive that it will happen. Overall I will say that my experience was professional, and well handled. 100% recommended

We looked at and test drove vehicles for about 6 months. These people were so patient and kind. When we found and purchased the right vehicle, Kyle and Jason went above and beyond to explain everything to us about both the vehicle and the warranty. Bought a used vehicle recently and the service and price was exceptional, there was one small issue with the ride quality and they did not hesitate to look and fix the problem at no charge. would recommend highly

The Sales people were friendly and good to deal with. Can't say the same about the service manager Nick. The Steady Bearing that was supposed to be $300 Turned out to be $500 on our bill. The Mechanics in the shop were also very helpful.

To bad they favour salesman over others. What’s fair game here?
