At first, I was disappointed, I reached out to customer service and they handled the situation very At first, I was disappointed with my order because the flowers did not arrive as expected and the delivery was late. However, I reached out to customer service and they handled the situation very quickly and professionally. They processed a full refund and kept clear communication throughout the process. I really appreciate how fast and helpful the team was in resolving my concern. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company responds, and From You Flowers did a great job in making things right.

BAIT AND SWITCH, NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY On Aug 19th I ordered the premium Brimming with Joy Bouquet from this website which was to include: • Yellow Roses • Orange Lilies • Red Alstroemeria • Green Buttom Poms • Purple Monte Casino What was delivered did not have a single yellow rose and was NOT the premium version of this bouquet, it appears to be the deluxe version which was a lot cheaper than what I ordered and paid for. I have tried to contact this company through email twice with zero response. I also paid for expedited delivery which was an extra charge because they claimed it would be delivered by noon(I did this so my girlfriend could have and enjoy them at lunch). The flowers were not delivered until 1:16 in the afternoon. I feel this company performed a bait and switch on both the bouquet and delivery service.

Horrible quality and presentation Terrible quality and presentation. If I could give lower than 1 star I would! I ordered a DELUXE $100 Easter basket that had your normal candy, like Peeps, Jelly Beans, little chocolate eggs,etc. And it had a plush 10" bunny. Requesting the deluxe at a higher price gave you the same items, only more of each. I sent this to someone very special and was trying to go big and make a grand gesture. First, it was thrown together like a 7 year old put it together, the appearance was very shoddy, there was no beautiful big bow that most Easter baskets are known for, it was a crinkled piece of rainbow ribbon wrapped around it. The basket itself was very small, too small for what it held, and it didn't hold much, a bunny with a few pieces of candy! It wasn't even worth $15, let alone $100. It was shoddy work, appearance was ugly, and I was never so embarrassed in my life when the receiver sent me a picure of it. I'm sure the receiver thought it was an actual insult, rather than a grand gesture! I was very upset and humiliated.

Buyers Beware The flowers weren't in best condition. Roses were wilty and brown around the edges. I wish I read their reviews before placing my order.

No delivery It is very risky to order flowers from From You Flowers, especially if they are meant for someone important to you. I ordered flowers a week in advance for my wedding anniversary. On the evening of the delivery date, I received a notice stating that the flowers had been delivered, but no delivery had actually occurred. When I called customer service, the representative said that it seemed the flowers had not been delivered and assured me they would arrive the next day. Although I requested a full refund, which was granted, there was no apology offered. I also inquired about the carrier used for delivery so I could track the order myself, but they refused to disclose any information about the delivery process.

I will never use this company again. The Sympathy Standing Spray I ordered for a funeral was never delivered. They were expected by the deceased's family and this was very disappointing and embarrassing. I even provided the room for deliver to at the church on the address. I also called customer service one day prior to confirm the delivery and 'From You Flowers" wouldn't provide me the florist to contact. I did get a full refund, but that still doesn't make it right.

Zero stars, website says prioritize funerals and nothing arrived. They offered a refund or sending it somewhere else but they were suppose to show up the funeral and be buried with the deceased. So incredibly disappointed especially since the site specified they prioritize funerals.

The website stated if I ordered the flowers within 2 hours they would be delivered in 4 hours. I ordered the flowers at 10:00 AM, I received an email 30 minutes later that the flowers would not be delivered until the next day. FROMYOUFLOWERS DOES NOT DELIVER ON SUNDAYS REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEIR WEBSITE SAYS!

I wish I had read reviews because I recieved the wrong type of flowers and a different color. My wife likes Stargazer lilies but I guess they were out so they substituted a lower cost different color lily in its place. Will not order from here again, given you can not expect to get what you paid for when you order. Also I paid extra for next day delivery which I can not complain to much as 8 PM is still part of the day.

Absolutely frustrating and horrible experience. I ordered a Christmas arrangement for next day delivery. Paid extra for it. Was told over and over and OVER that my arrangement was out for delivery. Then someone from a call center would call and say "We apologize. We will make sure the flowers get delivered." IT NEVER HAPPENED. I don't need apology after apology. I didn't even get upset at the people over the phone. I simply stated I was frustrated and have lost trust in this company. If I hear one more time that it is out for delivery I will scream. Then I get another call saying the florist ok'd the order. Then I get another email saying the local florist did not pick up the order. Seriously do NOT use this company. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. AND I still have been charged. There are far better TRUSTED flower companies. The sad part of this is the importance of the flowers. It has now been over a week and the meaning behind them is lost.

NEVER again will I use the online service of "From You Flowers" or another online service for that matter. Bottom line the arrangement that I sought after online, flower types/colors/style, the upgrade on the arrangement, looked NOTHING like what was delivered. The delivery was on time. Call a florist local in the area that you want delivery and give them a couple days. Don't wait until the last minute, either. They know their inventory and more willing to help directly over the phone. You'll be happy you did!

I have ordered from FROMYOUFLOWERS many times over the years. There have been mishaps along the way but for the most part the arrangements arrive within a day of the promised delivery date are loved by the recipients. This most recent issue is just too much. Ordered flowers to be delivered on 12/31/2024. Tracking order said it was delivered. Recipient did NOT receive flowers. When I spoke with customer service, they said it was common practice for florists to mark the order as "delivered" when they leave the store to go on their deliveries, and not wait until after the order is delivered. I asked why they are condoning this practice and they said it is just common practice. This is not an honest business practice. Today is now 1/2/25 and NO FLOWERS have been delivered yet!! Another call to customer service and they are saying it will be delivered today and I will get an email saying when it is delivered!! Ugh, no offer of compensation for the same day delivery fee until I complained. Then I asked to just cancel the order and he would not do that! Then he offered me a $10 gift certificate - that means I have to order from them AGAIN in order to benefit from it. He would not refund me any more than the same day delivery fee. And he acted as if I was the problem. I generously gave 2 stars should probably give only 1.

The only issue that I had was the lack of information on delivery with expedited shipping. everything came beautifully and in order. I hope they address the delivery times between. If not I would not use them in a last minute situation but any other

The pictures say a thousand words! Lucky for me that my friend sent me a picture thanking me for the arrangement. I was not even informed by the company that the arrangement had been changed. Was not even similar to the one I had ordered.

I googled for florists near where I live, and somehow their website camp coming up early in my searches. Because it was the weekend, I thought I would order the flowers and wouldn't have to deal with this during the week. Are erroneously assumed that all online florists are comparable, you placed the order and they wire it to a local nursery. I ordered flowers on a Sunday at 6pm and paid extra for Monday delivery to hospital patient. When they were not delivered on Monday, they gave me a 20% credit and said they would request an early delivery on Tuesday. When they never arrived on Tuesday, I requested a total refund. They offered to deliver to a different address and said they could upgrade the item, but I wanted them at a certain location and on a certain day for a reason, and they could not deliver, literally. This was very frustrating, disappointing and stressful because the flowers were not there for the special surprise I wanted; I had to spend a lot of time with various customer service agents; I had all kinds of people at the hospital, looking all over for flowers; and then had to accept the disappointment that my flowers were not going to make it there during the patient's stay. Do yourself a favor and look at the other reviews and you will see other people had similar experiences. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered -- I would've just gone to a florist and taken them in person.

Placed an order for expedited delivery. 3 days later and they still have not been delivered with limited communication from the company. With all of these issues I was offered an $8 credit on future orders that expired within a week, meaning I would need to order again before my first order ever got delivered.

I hesitate to give this company 1 star. The service was great, however, imagine my embarrassment as my box of fruit ordered from "fromyouflowers" was received not once, but TWICE and the box was filled with ROTTEN fruit. I wanted to send a dear friend who had major surgery and was recuperating at home a nice gift she could use, and to my dismay and shock, when she opened the box the fruit was bruised, skinned and rancid. I wish I could post the pictures. What a way to end a long friendship--send them a box of rancid rotten fruit! UUGGH. When I complained, they were quick to respond, however the second box too was rotten!! This was a humiliating lesson learned by this retailer. One lesson I would not wish on my worst enemy.

Extremely disappointed Extremely disappointed with my experience with For you flowers. I ordered flowers that never arrived, and the customer service was awfull. Despite numerous calls and promises of 'tomorrow' delivery, the flowers never showed up. The lack of accountability and transparency was staggering. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting to see if I'll even receive a refund. The constant runaround and lies have ensured that I will never be ordering from this company again. If you value your time and money, I would strongly advise against using From you flowers
