Anthony and team helped me rent my villa.They are extremely professional and know what they are doing. As an NRI, I was worried about two things 1) Dealing with dodgy brokers 2) Having to co-ordinate multiple tasks from far away. I am a Customer of "Friendly Realtors and Property Management" for almost more than three years now.
I was reluctant when I was first given the idea to utilize Property management services to Rent and Manage two of the apartments I have in the same building in one of the prime locations in Bengaluru. Friendly Realtors was referred by one of my friend who used their services in the past, and I have no regret and in fact very pleased with the services they provided to me all these years. Mr Anthony knows this Industry very well, and always guided me with his accurate professional advice each and every time whether it is renting out the property or its maintenance. His team of Professionals namely Michael, Shantharaj & Johnson are exceptionally strong and always available with short notice. Recently, Michael was able to handle very professionally one of rough rentee in recent time who was defaulting in paying rent, and delaying vacating the house after the lease ended, I have not seen anyone go that far keeping Customer interest in mind and always work with ‘Client First’ and ‘Client Success’ as the goal by having the Tenant evicted with 0% loss to me.
Another gem this company has is Shantharaj, he has helped me with getting work done at Sub-registrar office related to Home Loan closure, NOC from Sub-Registrar office and other paper work, this was couple of days work but he has get it done in a day spending his whole day with me in Sub-registrar office, Shantharaj also got the electricity connection restored back fast to my apartment when it was withdrawn by BESCOM Department.
Johnson manages all kinds of maintenance to the apartments including painting, faucets, deep cleaning, he gets work done cost effectively within the budget and timeline.
I wish Friendly Realtors the best to march towards becoming the nation's best property management company.

As someone who has experienced a lot of shifting/moving- this was the most seamless process I have ever encountered.
The team at friendly realtors is top notch, and very inclusive of all little queries and requests to the best of their abilities.
A kind and very professional crew helped me and my housemate navigate acquiring a new house with complete ease.

FIND SOMEONE ELSE! They charged me 1.8 lakh rupees and refuse to answer my calls. After a year and a half of charging ~1.8 lakh rupees, someone from their own team went for inspection and sent another quote for 70,000 rupees for the work I had already paid for. I paid 68,000 rupees for waterproofing and now they are asking for 2000 more for whitewashing the walls because there is still seepage.

After paying for renovation in July 2022 , I am still waiting on updates on the work completed.I dont have a local presence in Bangalore , and there is simply no reply from Anthony or Sunil , on whats going on.They also have keys to my house , but they simply are not responding.
Edit : please read the management response. They said 3 weeks back that all the work is done. Just moments back I received another quote from them and pictures saying lot of work is pending and was never completed. I ll attach quotes for proof. They are trying to charge me again for the work that was already paid for and was claimed to be complete.
1,87,000 was was quoted initially for the line items there was fulled paid.
Then today i got a quote for 68,000 and same line items are repeated there.
On talking to the inspector ( Charles), he told me that lot of work was never done.
Hi Piyush, just for the records all work agreed upon is completed in full and main reason for the delay in work was because of Electricity Meter was removed by BESCOM Department due to non-payment of Bill - this has also has been sorted which enabled us to expedite & complete the work.
Bernard is the Relationship Manager assigned to rent out your property who is updating you on weekly basis on the No. of Inspections & their feedback. Hope the Tenants overcome the challenge of Distance & avail the property on rent at the earliest. We continue try harder to assist in renting the unit at the earliest.

Being a first-time home buyer ‘is a’ nerve-racking experience.
