I had a surveillance camera installation 8/24/2021 ,Tim and Ashton arrived on time and we discussed camera placement in which I would receive the best results. After the camera's were up and connected we went over the procedure how to operate the system in which they were connected to my TV, Computer and phones. Tim and Ashton had I and my wife operate the system to ensure we understood. All the wiring was completely hidden and secure. They made sure everything was cleaned up and they no trash. When I first contacted Frankton, I spoke with Melinda about a camera system and she was very informative about different systems and made some suggestions on what type of system to fit my needs. Melinda was very prompt to schedule a install date that worked well for me, she emailed my quote promptly and followed up with a reminder of the installation date. I would definitely recommend Frankton Telecommunications and thank them for making this a pleasant experience.

Matthew’s (owner of the company) installation of my Starlink satellite system went very smoothly. He arranged a placement of the equipment before the install date so I could approve the location placement, next he sent a proposal explaining the work to be completed, and then he promptly set-up an installation appointment to complete the job. I highly recommend Frankton Telecommunications - the customer service is exceptional and Matthew is very knowledgeable about telecommunication networks and systems. I would recommend this company to everyone. Matt who came here to do the install was fantastic. He was very respectful of my house and was very efficient at his work. He helped me get my Roku and my Tablo set up. So very helpful with everything. Thank you Mat for helping me cut the cord to my greedy cable company. Well I was trying to post a second review because I had Matt out to install a security system and again he did a fabulous job. This man is such a hard worker and I don’t think this job was as easy as my first one but he powered through. It just been such a pleasure having him do my work and he always cleans up after he is finished the job. I would recommend him for any job that you need done. Thank you Matt for your hard work.

My whole experience with Frankton was hassle free from my initial contact with Riah, the executive assistant, to Jeffery, the tech who came 65 miles to upgrade a 35 year old outside UHF-VHF antenna. Jeffery analyzed/ diagnosed our problem and explained along the way. Everything upgraded and now in working order! This business is run like all businesses should be run; very professional and courteous.

The knowledge and skill of the technician is 10 stars! We used Franklin for setting up our Starlink antenna and router as well as replacing and reconnecting cable and router when a new one was sent to replace parts that were failing. As a novice Starlink user I needed the technician who was also knowledgeable in helping me setting up the app and connect my devices to the Wi-Fi. I highly recommend this company!
