Matt was great from start to finish. He was friendly, prompt, and made sure our install was done right. We’ve got strong WiFi everywhere now!

Frankton wiring and security installed my Starlink today which now provides my Wi-Fi I’m totally through With Xfinity over this past Long weekend, Xfinity went out of service for three days hours at a time. This is constant in the area where I live and my speed is so slow. You can’t even watch a movie even though I pay for extra speed. Matthew promptly arrived at 9 o’clock and immediately started installing the Starlink. Matthew set up and install the other items I had purchased to connect to the new Wi-Fi as he completed the connection of the new item. He explained how they worked and downloaded the apps. He was very thorough and the explanations. A ring doorbell, two indoor cameras to watch my pups Configure my laptop and several Alexa products and of course, update my phone and printer and laptop And then there were the TVs that needed to be changed to the different Internet server and the fire sticks We take for granted every day the different things we use through Internet all the different products to we were done. He was here for over five hours. I’m amazed Matthew explained everything he was doing how it worked oh yes one other thing I have a new programmable thermostat that I can program if I’m away from my house the things we can do nowadays and I’m not a young person Matthew made everything easy and understandable Thank you, Matthew. I’m sure I’ll come up with something else and need your help. I definitely use Frankton wiring and security. Great job wonderful work and just a very pleasant person.

Matthew was great, he showed up early and immediately got to work. We came up with a game plan and used the existing pipe I had on the chimney to install the Starlink which saved me a bit. I was impressed how well he managed the cables , they were completely tucked away under the siding before going into the house . Highly recommend! I would definitely have them out in the future .

Matt is such a pleasant person. He addresses all of my concerns. It is unusual to find a contractor that gives a price up front and sticks to it; his price is reasonable. He also gives a date of install and sticks to that too. I highly recommend this company.
