My decision when choosing an auctioneer to handle the recent sale of my house was decided two decades ago when I bought my house and Frank Sweeney was the auctioneer. He was very kind, professional and helpful throughout that process and a real gentleman and that always stuck with me. So when it came to selling that same house I went straight back to his office without hesitation and there I met Brian, his son. Again I had the very same experience and some. Brian handled everything with such ease the whole process was simple and straightforward. Brian was also very respectful and sensitive as the sale was triggered by family illness. He really took the pressure off, took care of all aspects which facilitated a quick sale agreed. I was delighted with the whole process, grateful for his experience and trusted and valued his opinion. I would highly recommend Brian and his team and wish them continued success.
