My son is getting married... we have been looking for a men's formal wear store. We came across Frank's Clothier thanks to a recommendation and are we thankful! If you're getting married and need suits or tuxedos please try Frank's!!! I promise you will be 100% pleased. His store is small but loaded with an amazing selection of suits and colors! And there's more... the customer service is out of this world! Getting married? Looking for suits for groom and groomsmen? Stop looking!! Go to Frank's!
Amazing experience!! I needed to pick up a tux for prom and Yuri was so helpful and kind. I didn't fully know what I was looking for and I walked out with the tux of my dreams. The service was wonderful, Yuri was funny kind and professional. The process was efficient and enjoyable. The selection available here was wide and has something for everyone. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for stylish classic men's wear!
If you ever have any last minute weddings or events where you need a suit. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!!. Yuri the new owner of franks formal wear did such an amazing job helping me find my suit for my last minute wedding. He provided amazing customer service especially when he was about to close in 30 minutes and had a stressful day. He told me even if it was past closing i could stay until we found the suit for my wedding. This dude was amazing, friendly, and went above and beyond to help. Franks formal wear from here forward will be where i go if i need a suit or anything tailored. Again i can’t stress this enough THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!
I came in last second to rent a jacket and shirt for professional photos in my new job. Yuri did an incredible job assisting me and was so much more affordable and fair than any other formal wear company I had talked to previously. If you’re buying your suits or rentals anywhere else you’re seriously making the wrong decision. Could not recommend this place or Yuri enough!
I’m in tears right now. I order my Sons tuxedo for his prom at towards the end of February. We were told to return on April 10th to pick up the tuxedo. My son left school to pick up his tuxedo to only find this sign posted. His prom is this Saturday 4/12! I called the business and no answer or vm picked up. I checked my phone for missed calls or vm. Nothing. How can you run a business and not let your customers who have already paid you in full know they need to pick up their tuxedos before 4/9? How can you not have a back up plan for when you are not going to be available? I get emergencies but as a business owner you also have a responsibility to your customers that have paid you for special events to deliver the product or refund their money with enough notice before the said event. Now I have exactly 24 hrs to figure out what to get my son to wear for prom. Very unprofessiona of your company to do.
This place is a joke. Our son was getting married and every grooms men had to go back numerous times. He wasted more than a full day of our vacation because we had to return so many times. The day of the wedding we were missing belts, pair of pants not Hemed, shoes the wrong size. PLEASE don't use him if you.
(RUN DONT WALK) I was referred to this establishment by a sales representative at men's warehouse, so ones I walked in I should have followed my first mind, it looked like a thrift store, everything was very outdated , and it looked like the TV show hoarders, and no one is the blame for my decision to patronize this rest haven for fabric, I procrastinated until a week before a wedding I was to attend, now with that being said the suite I rented was paid in full upfront, I paid on Monday and was told I could pick it up on Thursday by frank but being I'm a first responder to hurricanes I called him while I was hunkering down at the hurricane headquarters to let him know I can't make it Thursday but I can send someone to pick up the suite frank insisted I pick it up to try it on , I finally arrived to pick it up on Friday after being up for two days , when I arrive he handed me the garments I had to remind him , where's the belt, shoes, shirt, socks.. he then started grabbing shoes, belt and because of my fatigue I thought everything was together, come to find out an hour before the wedding I'm getting dressed at the wedding there is no shirt no socks , the jacket was dirty and the inside soles of the shoe was balled up inside the shoe , I called frank and he said come get it I told him the wedding is in an hour I'll never make it I then had to go out and buy a shirt, and socks causing the wedding to be pushed back due to me being the best man . When I returned the clothing it took a very long time for someone to answer the door and when the lady finally answered she immediately took the suite from me and said good day, I ask for frank she said she don't speak English finally I was able to get her to call him even though I know he was hidden in the back , out of $220.00 I only asked for the $27.00 I spent on the shirt and he can have the shirt if he please he responded by letting me know his dress shirts on cost 12 dollors and that's all he will give as a credit back and once I told him to keep the 12 dollors he sarcastically responded I will. So it also sounds like the consumer is paying triple the cost of the cheap relic artifacts that's displayed in this thrift store... no customer should feel ripped-off and frank definitely does not know how to alleviate any reservations concerning a customer ...
