We recently moved half way across country with Forward Moving company. It was a seamless and actually a pleasant move!! From dealings with Mike, doing the virtual estimate, to the actual movers...we'll there were zero problems and 100% professional movers. Josh, the foreman and Angel, Steve, Libby, Tyler and Jason worked nonstop, on a very hot day,.until everything was packed. When they unloaded, they moved every box and piece of furniture exactly where we wanted. I recommend this company 100% and thank them for such a great job!!

We were moving from Chadds Ford, PA to Knoxville, TN. From the initial contact through to the final item taken off of the truck, Forward Moving was a dream to work with. Mike W provided an accurate quote, the gentlemen who loaded the truck were friendly and professional, and they arrived when they said they would both in Chadds Ford and at the final destination. Everything arrived and delivered in perfect condition. We quoted with three companies, and this outfit was the only one who did not low-ball just to get the job and then tack on fees at the end. I will be using them again when it comes time to move my in-laws house.

Nothing but amazing things to say! Just wow! By far the easiest move we’ve ever had. They did an incredible job! Everything was moved safely and efficiently.

After several recommendations, we hired Forward Moving for our move out of a storage unit and into our new home while we were still located and living overseas. It couldn't have been a better choice. Easy to communicate with, understanding of our unique situation, and a smooth moving day. Made a very stressful time that much easier on us! Thank you to the whole Forward Moving team.

We had a last minute request for a small move to Philadelphia. Forward Moving was professional, accommodating and easy to work with especially on short notice! Excellent communication and very responsive.

This was my fourth time hiring a professional moving company. I did not know until I used Forward Moving that the other three were terrible (well 1 was average the other 2 were pretty horrible.) I just assumed it was normal for movers to complain, look disheveled, have an overall lousy attitude, etc. Well I can truly say Forward Moving is different. There is a reason they have all 5 stars review. They earned everyone. We moved from Lancaster to West Chester. The quote I received from Forward was considerably lower than every other one else, I assumed it was an error so I signed it right away. Turns out all the other companies were charging by weight and Accurate charged by the hour. In PA if the trip is over a certain mileage the must charge by weight. We were very close to that cut off point, and instead of charging the higher amount, they calculated using a slightly different route which put us under the mileage limit. Just this little attention to detail helped them win a customer and new referral source. Oh and the quote was almost exact to the dollar of the actual cost. That's impressive! If you are in the Forward Moving coverage area, do not even consider another option, there is no need!

This was my first time using Forward Moving. Mike was so prompt and thorough in providing me with an estimate for the move. Everything was very well-documented. The move itself went very smoothly; on time, professional, careful and very personable. I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself when the need arises.

I worked with Forward Moving two years ago - and now they have moved me again, from Pennsylvania to upstate New York - both my home and my office. They were fantastic to work with last time and there was no question that I would use them again. Now that the move is accomplished, I wish I could give a 10 star review! I am so grateful for this amazing company and fantastic team!!! Kevin was totally helpful and responsive to all of my needs in coordinating this move. And he got right in there and loaded up the truck in 90° weather with the team. Ryan, Steve and Libby were the team in New York, such nice people - and so efficient and fast about everything they did. Ryan and Steve drove the truck up to New York, spent the night and unloaded both the office and my home in the morning. Again, it was such a stellar experience. They were always attentive and thoughtful regarding my questions and my needs. I’ve worked with organizations my whole life and am very aware when there is a good corporate work environment - there is at Forward Moving! The price was also excellent!!! Thank you to all at Forward Moving for living up so well to your slogan, “Moving the community forward!” Deborah Every aspect of working with Forward Moving was great! Kevin was clear in his information and responsive to my questions. The moving team - Jason, Mike and Bill - were very good guys and superb at their jobs! They also worked well as a team (a pleasure and a sign of a good workplace). And not only were they respectful and helpful about everything I needed - they were kind, as well... and in this world, kindness matters!!! Forward Moving made a stressful situation feel like one in which I could breathe because it was in steady, secure hands - and it was!!!

The moving crew were great. They worked well as a team, were easy to deal with and handled our goods very carefully.

The reviews speak for themselves, and here is another. Forward Moving offers a straight-forward process without surprises in terms of pricing, moving expectations, and customer care. Great communication from the start to finish (quote, arrival, loading, unloading, etc...). Everyone was professional, kind, and took their job of taking care of the customer very seriously. Honestly, moving can be stressful but these guys made it so much better. If I ever need to move again, even if I'm almost certainly out of range, I am going to see if I can book them. They are that much better than the rest.

Team was polite and friendly. They followed placement instructions. They were extremely careful with our items and most importantly assembled everything carefully and acurately. We would definitely use them again. We are very happy.

They called multiple times before the move, while on the road and when they were about to arrive with our furniture. Josh, who drive and delivered everything was incredible professional and had a fabulous sense of humor. The whole team is one you want when moving your home. We recommend them without reservation. Highly recommend! This mover was great to deal with. The initial responsiveness of Mike with an estimate done through video tour of the house to move and complete description of what to expect on moving day was professional and informational. Then it was a pleasant surprise to meet the professional, upbeat and positive team of movers. We had Jovan as a driver who maneuvered our new challenging and sloping driveway with ease! Then the rest of the team Danny, John and John O were such hard workers along with Jovan. Each one meticulously wrapped furniture and carefully moved it so as not to cause damage to the furniture or the walls. They never stopped till the job was done and even finished before expected. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

The entire team was fantastic. Incredibly hard workers, who took great care to prepare and move my furniture and shop. They worked efficiently and all pricing was transparent and the total charge was as expected. Great service at a great value. I highly recommend this company!
