I've purchased a few interior and exterior details on Groupon and I've always been let down. As anything in life, you get what you pay for, so this time, I reserached reviews and found Fort Worth Auto Detail, booked them directly online and they did a fantastic job with the detail.
It was absoloutely worth paying a little more for the superior end product. I had a pretty beat-up exterior and I wasn't expecting how well they were able to repair and remove some difficult stains and scratches and just general wear from the Texas elements. You can tell customer service and satisfaction is their priortiy and I will not hesitate to return to them in the future when I've beaten up my car again. I was just blown away with the results, especially in comparison to past detail places. Definitely worth the money for the value received.
As a business owner of a high-end cocktail lounge and distillery in Fort Worth, we are constantly trying to provide value and an elevated experience to our customers in an ever-increasingly expensive world. And the truth is, that unfortunately, we're surrounded by medicority in our options--food, drinks, retail, personal services, etc...so it's incredibly easy to identify those businesses that go above and beyond in providing a service that offers value and quality and Fort Worth Auto Detail is on that level. Coming back 1.5 years later to update my review. The company reached out to me and apologize shortly after my original review. They let me know that this is not how they do business and wanted to make it right. I had already moved out of the area but I told them that someday when I was back in town I would take them up on the offer. 1.5 years later I called them out of the blue and told them my sisters birthday was coming up and I’d like to get her car detailed and take them up on their offer to make this right. They not only detailed the inside and outside completely for free, but they also aired up her tires and filled her tank completely with gas. I am blown away by the integrity and dedication to correcting the past miscommunications and so I am changing my review to 5 stars. I highly recommend these guys to anyone! I will also attach photos of how great her vehicle looked (and trust me it was rough before haha)

I booked the appointment and was told the company would "reach out shortly to confirm" I never received a confirmation so I called and left a voicemail asking for them to give me a call to explain the details of picking up my vehicle. I was not called back. I sent a text right after my call (as instructed in their voicemail) and was not texted back. I called the next morning and left another voicemail with no response. I sent a text again 30 minutes prior to the time they were suppose to pick up the vehicle and they finally texted back saying "yes we are on the way." The detail itself turned out fine, but the customer service was so abhorrent that I will not be a returning customer.
