They’ve removed my review a few times now which says a lot about them - it’s akin to the review about how they dealt with an email and I can confirm that the attitude of Ronny became nasty and after he and Ginny refused to reply to emails after I paid $4500 for crypto reporting which was simply plugged into Koinly software and no explanation.
I had to hire another accountant that specializes in crypto to redo their work and I would not recommend this company for the unpredictable nature of their behavior and morals. No client retention skills and frankly quite rude about it, too. I refer everyone I know away from them ✌🏼

We were disappointed to get this critical review. We try our hardest and always agree a “Scope” at the start of each project.
The scope for the above ex-client was to produce a crypto tax report based on the client’s crypto data transactions as reported to us. We did this. We never agreed to, nor were even able to, file the actual tax returns since all we had was the crypto part of the client’s return needs. The CRA then asked routine questions re the actual crypto data source documents, which were all available to the ex-client, not ourselves. So we could not help, which made our ex-client angry for some reason.
Nonetheless, we wish our ex-client every good wish to resolve her residual tax issues – albeit with someone else.

Ginny did lights out book keeping of my crypto assets which were a couples years of a hot mess unfortunately. Called them and they legit had 2000 transactions, 10 hours of work estimated, done in less than a week from the day I called them and will have my taxes completed before the May 1 deadline which is two weeks from the phone call. Very reasonably priced too I recommend Forte for anyone.

I'm forever thankfull for Forte Innovations... what an incredible firm. The hard work Ronny & Ginny do for there clients is incredible, they go far and beyond their call of dutie to make sure their clients have the best Representation possible.
