The new ones are trash, got a gritty film on them that I can’t get off, first time wearing them and they have a brown tint to them!!!!

We can remake your aligner in Zendura, which is the previous material. Kim, our manager, is personally extending this option to you, and you would only need to cover the cost difference. Very bad customer service. I attempted the get a free virtual consultation for their aligners and sent a message via their website. A text was received saying I would hear back during business hours. No response. I figured if I paid a membership, I would hear from them. No response despite multiple messages through the website and phone calls. Only after messaging on Instagram did I hear back and had a virtual consultation scheduled that they did not follow up on. I would not recommend this to anyone. There is little to no response from them and they do not care that you have a membership and already paid. Please find a better provider for aligners. UPDATE: I sent them a few dms via instagram. I was told they would inform a manager and they would call me back in a couple of days. After leaving reviews on Google and Facebook, I received a phone call from them stating that they made a human mistake and entered my phone number incorrectly. I truly believe they only called back because of the bad reviews. Despite this, there was little to no response from them even before their “error”.

I had Invisalign about 10 years ago and due to some dental work my retainers no longer fit. At the time I couldn't afford new retainers so after some years of not wearing them my teeth started shifting back a little. I started shopping around for orthodontic aligner treatment to get my teeth back straight again so I could order a new retainer and was appalled at the cost required for the minimal treatment I needed to move a couple teeth back into place. I stumbled across Forever Aligned Club on Google and was excited to see they had a affordable aligner treatment options that suited my needs. Every part of the process of working with FAC has been very smooth and professional, from the initial consultation, to the in-person appointment and scan, to going over my financial options. I ended up going with the Angel Aligners treatment over Pay-As-You-Go, and the price was amazing compared to the other quotes I received. And they had no qualms about working with my dental insurance. As long as my smile turns out as expected (which I don't see why it wouldn't, especially considering I've had clear aligners before) I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The concept of this is fabulous. The product is good, and the prices are good. But, I can never, ever, ever get in touch with anyone. I don't know if maybe I've been put on a blacklist or something for trying to contact someone so often, but their communication is horrible. I have messaged through their Facebook page. I have emailed them, and I have filled out their contact form for someone to text me. IF I get an answer, and that's a big IF, it's a week later. A couple of weeks ago I contacted someone and got an answer a week later. Then, they didn't do what they said they were going to do. It was about an impression kit, so it wasn't a big deal. But, after I received the kit, I tried to contact someone. Nothing. This isn't the first time either.

The Forever Aligned Club is something that I have never experienced before. Whenever I lost or broke my retainers, it was a huge cost. Now with Forever Aligned Club, I can replace my retainers at the fraction of the original cost. This site is a game changer.
