They are a terrific surgery the best they have looked after all of our dogs for 25 years wouldnt go anywhere else
Always very friendly. Never had an issue getting an appointment. If your a member of the pet health club than all basic care is covered, vaccines, flea and worm. And 2 times a year health checks.

Thanks so much for this lovely review. Glad you are enjoying the benefits of our Pet Healthcare Plan
Amazing vets! We found an injured bird & called our vet & rescue centres but none of them were able to help but Forest Vets came to the rescue, and took the injured fledgling in, we are so grateful ❤️

Great vets practice. Been going there for 4 years now. All the vets are so nice and they care so much for my two whippets.

First time in a long time I have had to register a pet (puppy) staff could not be more helpful and professional. By their own admission they "would not make great sails men" telling you where you can get necessary products at the cheapest prices potentially to thier own detriment but rather prioritising the most affordable care for your pet.

Thanks very much for your review. Welcome to you and your puppy to Forest House.
I visited Forest house, with my sick hamster. The vet Jade was exceptional. Kind and caring and incredibly professional. Her manner and knowledge instilled nothing but confidence in her ability. The reception staff are also lovely.

Thanks so much for your lovely review, we will pass this onto Jade
Great vets...always an appointment.
Never seen the same version twice in approx.6 appointments over 2 years but it's never really bothered us....not sure how we'd feel if there was a long term condition?
If the prices were more reasonable and vets the same, it would be 5/5. £60 just for the appointment is double what we've paid anywhere before.

Thank you for your review. Please be assured that where pets have an ongoing health condition we do our very best to provide continuity of care with the same vet. Where clients visit for a routine annual vaccination for example, unless a specific vet is requested, appointments are booked to accommodate the time that is most convenient for the client.
Very disappointed. There was no continuity and I never got to see the same vet twice. I went in with a very sick elderly cat & each time saw a different vet. They felt his abdomen and said they could not feel anything sinister. So I had a couple of expensive tests done at each vet's recommendation which didn't throw further light on my cat's issues. So the 3rd vet wanted to order more tests as I told them I was not going to subject my cat to anything invasive due to his age. With certain things the vet and others said to me I totally lost my trust in that practice and decided to get a 2nd opinion.
The manual exam of that vet was very obviously a lot more thorough and he felt something, besides that I could see that my cat during that exam was uncomfortable (I'd like to point out that this was exactly 3 weeks after the 1st exam and 1 and half weeks after the 2nd exam where both previous vets said that they didn't feel anything besides an empty gut). My cat has since been put down as it was the kinder thing to do.
I therefore advise anyone using them or planning to, to be very vigilant as they will try to get you to spend as much money as they can by doing tests and/or procedures all the time sounding very caring.
